(a) Supply of 8 M Octogonal Pole Minimast shaft in one/Two section suitable for wind speed as per IS 875 Part-3, fixed head frame including round arm, luminaries carriage suitable to install 6/4 No luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, including connector, Foundation bolt and junction box etc (b) Construction of suitable shallow foundation with l:2:4 Concrete for the mini mast with reiforcement for RCC works, bend tied and placed in position (plain grill requiring bend cold ) using for steel including form work for reinforced cement concrete and excavation of soil including neat banking required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 150W LED Flood Light luminaire supplied by SILK. Contractor should take delivery of LED Flood Lights from SILK stores. and also carryout all necessary replacement works during the warranty period of 3 years at sites.

Supply and installation of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar suitable for full control of luminaries with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries 16sqmm and out going 16 & 2.5 sqmm terminals

Supply and providing pipe earting as per IS 3043 with 3.60m long 40mm dia B class GI pipe,GI funnel with weld mesh,filling required quantity of charcoal & salt including construction of inspection chember with a bed concrete of 1:4:8 PCC using 40mm broken stone(10cm thick),brick work in cement mortar 1:6,plastering the surface of brick masonary and the exposed surface of PCC bed with cement mortar 1:4:,12mm thick,(the finished inside dimension shall be 300x300x300mm)but excluding test joint,earth continuity conductor to the plate,and covering at the top(in ordinary soil)

Supply and providing test joint for the earthing system using 2 Nos of the following sizes of strips including cutting and bending to shape, drilling necessary holes and fixed to the watering pipe etc as required.

Supply and installation of High Mast system as per following specification (a) Supply 10 Mtr High Mast system with its accessories .Mast shaft shall be in single or two section, Galvanisation of single hot dipped, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Head frame assembly 2 pont suspention system with steel wire rope 5 mm dia (7/19 construction) and double drum winching system arrangement conforming to IS with galvanised lantern carriage suitable for accommodating 5 Nos flood light luminaires symmetrically and its control gear box and lightining spike. The mast shall have an integral single phase operation power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation.(b) Supply and conveyance foundation bolt made of special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates(c) Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of LED aviation obstruction light(d) Supply and erection control box consists of 1 No. 25A 2 pole MCB incomer, 25A 2 pole 30mA RCCB,32A 2 Pole AC I rated power contactor with lNO+lNC auxiliary contacts & with AC coil, single dial 24 hour timer with charging facility and suitable contactor for automatic operation, suitable size connection cable from control panel to flood light fittings and shall also consists of suitable control for power tool single phase motor and giving connection.(e) Construction of suitable shallow foundation with l:2:4 Concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as l0 T/Sqmtr at 2 Meter depth with reiforcement for RCC works, bend tied and placed in position (plain grill requiring bend cold ) using for steel including form work for reinforced cement concrete and excavation of soil including neat banking.(f) Erection and commissioning of the above high mast with the help of crane/derrick and other suitable equipment and wiring of luminaries with wiring materials (Bajaj/Equivalent) . (g)Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 5 Nos. of 150W LED Flood Light luminaire supplied by SILK. Contractor should take delivery of LED Flood Lights from SILK stores during warranty period (3 years) and do the necessary replacement at sites.

Fabrication of fully partioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using 1.60 mm CRCA sheet as per approved designand requirement, with front and rear access faciiity, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear comparcments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps bus bar interconnection etc, detachable .covers, for bus bar chamber and cable alley, painting the assembly with 2 coats ". syntheticenamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slottedangles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments should be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc. including control wiring
