Dismantling plain or corrugated steel/Fiber sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provide complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C-1,1:3:6 (20mm graded agg) with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 in walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete and similar items , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Prepairing on Brick/Concrete Surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described with two coat of Plastic Emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Prepairing on Brick/Concrete Surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described with two coat of Cement Base paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet glass,5.50 mm thick, ordinary quality fixed with beads or oil putty in squares exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane, etc all complete as specified and directed.

S & F 2nd class hardwood, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frame, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned and joints, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports and stays for rain water, ventilating pipes including bolts (if required), clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters and similar work complete all as specified

M&L cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in cills, copings, bed plates, blocks for hold fasts, etc & similar work including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painting galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 11,750.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
