Amount

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil and all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of LT UG cable, pipe, pole, stay etc and n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of building, pole, strut, stay etc all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil obtained from excavation all as directed

Removing surplus excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade st-240 and painted one shop coat zinc chromate primer paint incuding preparation of surfaces at contractors workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of guage n.exc 63mm broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 10cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in sub base for floor all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finished fair and even all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge/valley gutter/roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions as directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width with PCC (1:3:6), type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .
