Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The bidder shall have proven experience in the field of similar nature of electrical works involving Erection/repair/rewinding and testing of 1450 KW, 3.3KV and above rating of HT Motor BHEL make in any thermal power plant of 210MW & above/ or in any reputed PSUs during any one year in preceding five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-2025 & 2025-26. As a proof, the bidder shall submit documentary evidence in the form of copy of Purchase/work orders as single work order amounting to Rs.19.65 Lakhs, along with performance certificate/work completion certificate in respect of the PQR along with the bid in part-I cover. The certificates shall be issued by General Manager/ Chief Engineer/ Head of the Company or Electricity Board/ Industrial Units or by competent authority.

The Bidder shall be a Manufacturer or Authorized Dealer or service provider of HT Motors. As a proof of which the bidder shall furnish Company Registration Certificate/dealership /authorization certificate along with credentials

The intending bidder should have achieved in any two financial years during last five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-2025 & 2025-26) an average annual financial turnover shall not be less than Rs.39.30 lakhs. The bidder shall submit certified copy of Annual Turnover of corresponding two years certified by the Chartered Accountant and same shall be uploaded along with the Technical bid.

The Bidder shall visit the site and understand the total scope of work and shall submit a documentary proof of having visited and understand the scope of work during uploading tender documents. The bidder shall also upload declaration copies on letter heads attached along with bid documents with the bid in part-I cover

Bidder should have completed in house high voltage coil manufacturing & Testing Facility, global VPI plant for high voltage motors, run-test facilities at rated voltage conditions
