Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding / terrazo dado etc (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floors finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size (350 x250x7mm/450 x350 x 7mm) thick on verticle surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles including 10 mm rendering as in backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

S & F for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vetrified ceramic tiles of light shade 10 mm thick area each tile exc 0.36 sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm, in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl grinding and polishing , rounded exposed edge complete laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.
