Fabrication of M.S Channel & Angles

Lopping of Tree branches & bushes for making new 33 KV line.

Excavation of earth for pole of size 0.90*0.60*1/6 of pole length for erection of pole in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil.

Erection of 33 KV Four Pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories .

Erection of 33 KV Tri Pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories .

Erection of 33 KV Double Pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories .

Erection of 33 KV Single Pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories .

Grouting of pole in size 0.45*0.45*1/9 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8 block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast & back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment and leveling.

Muffing of poles in size 0.45*0.60 Cm radious with 1:3:6 (1 Cement :3 Coarse sand :6 Graded stone 10 mm nominal size) block size 45 Cm height from ground level including cost of cement ,stone & sand.

Excavation of earth for stay pit of size 0.6*0.6*1.20 mtr in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil.

Fixing,tightning and nuzzling of 33 KV line stay with pole and stay rod on required tension.

Grouting of stay in size 0.60*0.60*0.30 mtr in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 graded stone 20 mm nominal size : 8 coarse sand) block including cost of cement and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment and leveling.

Stringing,sagging of ACSR Dog conductor & G.S Earth Wire 7/16 SWG for making 33 KV line including jumpering & binding complete.

Erection of 33 KV line road/river crossing as per reqiured sites.

Earthing of supports as per norms.

Construction of 33 KV Four pole plinth in size 3.5*3.5*1.5 mtr including cost of material.

Construction of 33 KV Tri pole plinth in size 3.5*3.5*1.5 mtr including cost of material.

Construction of 33 KV Double pole plinth in size 3.5*3.5*1.5 mtr including cost of material.

Laying of 33 KV XLPE cable 3*120 Sq.mm from switchyard to Double pole strcutre.

Jointing & fixing of 33 KV Cable jointing kit at required ends.
