SCHEDULE 'A'

M&L Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, etc., coping with and including use and waste of necessary formwork and finishing all exposed surfaces of concrete even and fair without using extra cement including weathering slightly rounded and chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M & L for block in course porbandar stone masonry ), built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts 600mm long, (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed ends, to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc. 30cm long.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. GDE Fe 410-W ( Truss top portion is Round Shape)

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel shutter or other ceremony door etc and to fixing angle section etc complete and all as specified and as directed.`

S&F MS tube medium grade of tube including fittings, screwing, cutting, welding, soldering, drilling as required in any position and description in including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW (electric run welded) or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete fabrication, erection and all as specified and directed factory moulded and fixed at height upto 10 m etc complete.

Dismantling of GI barbed wire fencings fixed in RCC/Steel fencing posts etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix epoxy coated (pre-painted) Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Aluminum Composite panels in all colours of approved brand for external / internal wall cladding at all heights and elevations including necessary aluminium composite panel consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of anti oxidant LDPE sandwitched between two skin of 0.5 mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 4 mm. The surface shall be finished with PDVF base coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. The system to be fixed to the brick/stone/masonry/RCC walls/framed structure with necessary clamps, bracket and anchor fasteners fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25mmx25mm with 1mm thickness in 600mmx600mm size grid including stainless steel screws, nut, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealent for groove filling, backer rods etc, complete all as per Manufacturer instruction and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. All Clamps and brackets shall be hot dip galvanised minimum 80 micron thick and confirmed to IS : 4759 - 1996. The extruded aluminium sections shall be anodised in approved colour with anodic coating minimum 20 microns. (items include cost of aluminium frame, ACP , Cramps, weather sealent, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding, all machineries and any other fastening streps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc complete). The manufacturer shall also give guarantee/warranty for ACP for a period of Five years. Notes: a) The Contractor should have working experience of similar nature of work for last three years. b) The ACP should have installed by authorized company/agent. S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, (in factory moulded semi-circular shape at (varying height) upto a max height 8m) fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ceiling/to beam/ slab in cirucular/ rectangular shape factory moulded in semi-circularshape) at a max height 8m including cutting, notching, bending to shape as required, jointing with silicon gel of approved colour with & including aluminium square hollow section 25 x 25 mm not exceeding 600mm c/c on MS pipe purlin/rafter/column to hold plain galvalume sheet etc with self tapping screws all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Colour/pattern of plain galvalume sheet shall be as approved by GE. (ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive the labour & material cost for fixing of aluminium grid to MS pipe/purlin with aluminium hollow section of required size or MS tubing etc in required shape as directed by GE etc complete.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick Granite slab as in cooking platform and like, machine cut, bedded and jointed with laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab including dismantling of old broken stone slab complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick Granite slab as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, gate pillar, etc., machine cut, bedded and jointed with laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, 10 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:3) and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab including dismantling of old broken stone slab complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F in repairs Galvanised iron epoxy coated (Pre Coated) Concertina coil, punched tape manufactured from 2.60mm dia high tensile spring steel wire as per IS-4454, dia of each concertina coil @ 610 mm and the height of the coil when stretched shall be approximately @ 500mm, duly tied to barbed wire with and incl provision of steel clips @ 5 clips per spiral in one row and steel tape 19mm width as per IS-513 complete with18 micron zink coating including removal of vegetation/bushes if any, surrounding the existing concertina coil/barbed wire placed over 'Y' Shaped angle,all as specified and directed. Note: 1 Barbed wire will be measured & paid separately. 2. Contractor is required to submit test certificate for galvanising. 3. Each concertina coil to be expanded upto max of 6 mtr in length only.

M & L for 15mm thick Rendering on brick ,concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement and similar likes at any height including necessary scafolding including taking down cement plaster of any description racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 15mm thick Rendering on brick ,concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement and similar likes at any height including necessary scafolding etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed ( The tint and shade be as approved by the GE) The treatment shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the firm and at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of Old plastered/concrete/Stone surfaces of walls washing rubbing down and stopping of old distampered, cement base paint and painted wall surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed ( The tint and shade be as approved by the GE) The treatment shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the firm and at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 160mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed,in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in wall including GI clamps of approved shape and size approved by GE

S&F 160mm dia PVC (SWR) bends/shoes any radius.

S&F Galvanised angle steel work as in posts/struts in fencing including cutting, tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc, complete conforming toFe-290 Grade E-165 etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for coping and pcc concrete on wall etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of mild steel work as in angle iron frames/grills mild steel bars etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demotition of stone masonary built in cement mortar/pcc bed block

M & L providing and fixing of Granules textured homogeneous wall finishing system consisting of of a two component system of Dry Granules (25 Kgs per pack) made of 92% silica Particles coated with fade resisteant pigments, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kgs per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8mm -1.2mm to be applied on a cured , smooth level plaster without keying, as per the shades/combinations approved, as per the manufacturer directions, for usages, to be applied by and approved applicator of the manufacturer, as per the directions/supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge, all complete . The above textureed coationg should confirm to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476 : Part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating top meet JISA 6909 as per manufacturers specificataions /instructions,including taking down existing plaster of any description, racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and re-plastering in cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm thick finshed even and smooth. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
