Dismantling all type of false ceiling, wall panelling sheet with frame, fittings etc. with necessary arrangment like scaffolding etc. including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with all lead & lift at HWP(K) plant site store and disposal yard as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Distempering of old dismantled false ceiling tile with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) of approved brand, manufacturer of required shade and colour in one or more coat with roller and or other suitable tools on old surfaces including applying additional coats wherever required to achive even shade and colour, including laying/unstaking of tiles, prepartion of surface, filling the unever surfaces with J K or eqivailant make wall putty, sand papering, makig the surface smooth and even, stacking after drying etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification, cleaning of distemper splashings and droppings from floors, doors & windows etc. complete and as directred by the Engineer.
Providing & fixing new grid for tiled false ceiling by providing and fixing interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm c/c, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.30 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main ’T’ at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size 24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm c/c with 25 mm long dry wall screws including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanized steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T sections shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint for all heights, including fixing of old false ceiling tiles in position in neat & clean manner at all height by making all necessary arrangements like scaffolding etc., as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Old false ceiling tiles required will be provided by the department, however contractor has to make all necessary arrangements to fetch the material at site from departmental store or staked place.
Providing & fixing tiled false ceiling with new grid using 6mm thick Cement bonded designer particle board /Fiber Cement board like 'Bison' Designer Board / 'V' Board from Visaka or similar products from Everest/RAMCO or any reputed make with texture on one face of approved pattern conforming to IS 14862-2000 of size 595x595 mm finished with one coat of cement primer on both sides and edges and two coats of exterior emulsion paint of Asian or any reputed make on exposed face & edges, including providing and fixing interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm c/c, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.30 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle precoated steel of size 24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm c/c with 25 mm long dry wall screws including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Providing all tools, tackles, manpower, materials, equipment, machinery for Providing and fixing Powder coated Aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for partitions, doors, windows and ventilators with extruded built up standard tubular section/ appropriate z-sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 & 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/Neoprene gasket etc at all height with necessary arrangment like scaffolding etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth rust free straight mitered and jointed mechanically where ever required using cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling,C.P.brass / stainless steel screws etc. including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots, aluminium fittings like door handles, aldrops, tower bolts, making provision for locking arrangements wherever required, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling etc as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer. (Glazing and panelling to be paid separately under relevant items.)
Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing frame with C.P.brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).
Providing and fixing glazing with Float glass panes of 5mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 kg/ sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge.
Providing all tools, tackles, machinery,equipment, manpower , materials and fixing 12 mm thick pre laminated (on both sides - with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on the other side ) cement bonded particle board (Bisonlam or equivalent) in panelling fixed in aluminium door/ windows shutters and partition frames with C. P brass /stainless steel screws etc complete, as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer.
Providing, fabrication and erecting Structural Steel work in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, welding, fixing this structure with necessary anchor fastener over exiting partition walls and roof celing at all height, applying two or more coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make over one or more coat of steel primer over structural member etc. as required including providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower for fabrication with structural steel angles and other suitable structural steel sections as per drawings, necessary scaffolding etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: As structure steel frames are to be installed near cable tray area, therefore welding work will not be allowed at position, frame will be fixed at position using nut bolt arrangements (As approved by EIC) only and payment for the nut bolt will be provided under this item as weight basis. No additional payment will be made in this regard.
Providing and fixing G.I. Welded wire Mesh, wire dia 4.0 mm thick of aperture/opening size 50 x 25 mm conforming to IS: 4948 : 2002, fixing to the supporting structure using nut bolting, cutting, grinding, finishing to avoid sharp edges, scaffolding as per requirement etc. all complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.
Providing and fixing wall panelling with 15mm thick fully perforated square/butt edge light weight calcium silicate panels/ tiles in position at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate panels/tiles of size 595 x 595mm, having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity <0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides) i.e.vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centers using 12mm dia,50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horiziontal direction at 600mm center to center so as to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Glasswool of 50mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots and finally calcium silicate non combustible panels/tiles are to be screw fixed with self tapping pan head nickel coated mild steel screws of size 13 x 3.2mm on to this grid leaving an even groove of 1 mm between the panels.The joints between the panels are to be duly jointed and finished using recommended jointing calcium silicate based compound and fiber joint tape roll 50mm wide (90 metre )roll and two coats of primer suitable for panelling and two coat of acrylic washable distemper of required shade over primer etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification as per direction of EIC all complete.
