PROVIDING HOUSEKEEPING AND UPKEEPING SERVICES AT HBL PLANT LAURIYA, WEST CHAMPARAN, BIHAR.

Proper housekeeping of all the location with the help of flower broom (Phool Jharoo), Broom Sticks, Vim Powder, Acid Phenyl, distoling etc. Cleaning, Mopping of entire glazed/ PVC floor, sophisticated equipment’s with mopping cloth, duster. Removal of cobweb from entire office rooms corridors stairs, hall etc. Including maintenance of walls, removal of chokings etc. as & when required. Carrying out misc. activities related to general maintenance like removing of cotton waste, earth debris and other waste materials, throwing them only into garbage pits or dumping in a place as directed including brooming wherever required. Cleaning of water storage tanks on monthly basis or as per advice of EIC. Housekeeping is to be done as many times as instructed to keep the entire premises & building neat & clean. Supply of sweeper (Professional) for continuous cleaning of all toilets, WC, Urinals, Septic tanks (hiring charges of machine will be paid by HPCL Biofuels) & other allied Jobs to complete the job in all aspect as per satisfaction of the EIC. Cleaning of all toilets should be done minimum twice a day or more as per the satisfaction of EIC. Cleaning of Roads and desilting of drains (Entire Premises), side slopes in or under water or above water level and along drain both sides including removal of grass, bushes, vegetation, debris, sludge and any other unwanted material and disposal of the same at places as directed by Engineer-in-Charge within owner's premises including all labour, materials, tools, tackles (Excluding transportation which shall be paid separately) for all lead and lifts as directed. Drains & Chambers should be cleaned thoroughly on regular basis to ensure free flow of water & no sludge should be deposited in drains. (Entire Premises). A) All Cane office Area, Gate NO-1, office toilet, Donga Toilet B) GM Office, HR office, EDP office, Dispensery, Store, Gate No-3 and nearby road. C) DM Plant office, All co-gen office, account office. D) All Boiling House & Mill House Area E) All Boiling House & Mill House Area F) Guest House, HOD residence, Canteen & Project office, Road of guest house G) Plant Mandir Maintenance. Minimum numbers of 14 labors in unskilled category manpower per day is envisaged to carry out the jobs as descripted above. NOTE: 1. Rate is excluding cleaning consumables but including tools, tackles like Flower broom, Hasua, Kudal, Khurpi, Spades etc. 2. Unit Day stands for engaging manpower in a day in particular line. 3. It is responsibility of contractor to get work done. Vendor may provide more than specified no of manpower if vendor worker is not efficient at vendor own cost. HBL will not pay extra price for additional manpower. 4. Cleaning of Roads and drains are included of respective location. 5. Grass cutting respective building/plant/Shed are included in this line (Entire Plant Premises). 6. Daily attendance and review remarks by HOD/area incharge is required to submit along with bill for processing payment.

Supply of Consumables (like Harpic - 500ml (Toilet Cleaner), Colin - 500ml, Phery - 500ml (Sainted Phenyl) Room Freshener - 250ml, Odonil (75 gm), Dettol Liquid Soap - 250ml, Liquid Soap Lux - 1000ml, Vim Powder - 700-gram, Phenyl (5 Litre Pack), acid (One Litre), Automatic Room freshener dispenser & etc). (The same shall be reimbursed/paid on actual basis on production of necessary valid documents like original invoice & Gate pass validated by security person & store in-charge). Monthly limit for procurement of materials is Rs 7500/- The bidder shall quote the service charge in rupees in addition to the fixed monthly component of Rs. 7,500/- in the BOQ. For example, if a bidder intends to quote ₹1,000/- as the monthly service charge, the total amount to be entered in the BOQ under the price bid shall be Rs. 8,500/- (i.e., Rs. 7,500/- + Rs. 1,000/-).

Toilet Tank Cleaning Job including hiring of vacuum suction machine and required manpower to carry out the jobs safely & successfully. It is kindly to be noted that the manpower required for the Toilet Cleaning Job to extra and not be from the regular housekeeping jobs as mentioned under item no. 1.
