-Milling of distress bituminous layer upto 20 mm depth in a single pass with suitable milling machine (capable of milling @200-300 sqm area per hour) including picking up milled material and stacking old useful materialin site as per direction of Engineer.

-P & F cat eyes glow stards of size 100*20 mm made of heavy duty . Shall suppport a load 13635kg tested as per direction by engineer in charge

-Prov. & laying 50mm thick compacted bituminous macadam in BM in one layer by drum type hot mix plant/100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant and paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade as per clause No. 504 table No. 500-4 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of 2013 using minimum 3.3% bitumen grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respect i/c cost of bitumen, instruction issued from time to time by MoRT&H regarding machinery & bitumen will be followed strictly. The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted with eletronic sensor device conforming to MoRT&H specification in mandatory. if bitumen required is this account more than 3.3% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen reqiured will be considered as incidental to work. Thickness of laid BM is to be adjusted in such a manner that camber achieved is 2.5%, no additional material shall be admissible for payment of this account.

-Providing & fixing PVC Rubber speed bumps of height 50 mm width 500 mm,500 mm length 250 mm -500 mm including filling with c.conc. 1:1.5:3 finishing complete in all respect.

-Providing & Laying Tack coat @ 30 kg / 100 sq.m

-Providing & Laying Tack coat @ 50kg/100sq.m

-Providing and laying 30 mm Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.40 per cent by weight of total mix

-Providing and laying 50mm thick Recycling pavement compacted thickness of Bituminous Macadam (BM) after cold mining planning the surface ,reclaiming excavated material to be extent of 30 percent to the required quantity ,level and thickness

-Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminious surface
