1-Zonal work for Repair and Maintenance Work of Electrical

Dismantling / removal of existing service cables, wirings, boards, and deposit the released material duly segregated to concerned store in charge( Length various size of cables/wires is 5000m Approx.), complete in all respect as per site requirement.

Point wiring with 2.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated FR. copper conductor single core multi- stranded wire confirming to IS: 694 (Pt-II) , in recess rigid PVC conduit(medium duty) partly on 2 surface and partly in wall(as per site requirement)including neutral wire , earth wire, Modular Switches, ceiling rose, Modular Plate, GI box etc. complete in all respect to energize the light fan, call bell etc. including making good the damages & (Two Coat) distempering with matching color on cutting portion of wall after plaster.

Circuit wiring with following sizes of PVC insulated FR. copper conductor single core 4 multi-stranded wire confirming to IS: 694 (Pt-II) in recess rigid PVC conduit(medium duty)concealed inside wall/on surface (as per site requirement) including making good the damages & (Two Coat) distempering with matching color on cutting portion of wall after plaster ,complete in all respect as per site requirement.

Laying, installation, testing & commissioning of different sizes of cable LT XLPE 44 armoured Al. conductor cable U/G or Concealed/on wall, as per site requirement ,including end termination with the help of suitable size of lugs & cable gland if required conforming to RDSO Spec No. EMS 62- 88-(II). (Cable shall be supplied by Department)

Repairing of Transformer oil leakage along-with replacement of gasket & oil filtration for 750 KVA Transformer ,Complete in all respect as per site requirement.

Repairing of Transformer oil leakage along-with replacement of gasket & oil filtration for 1600 KVA Transformer ,Complete in all respect as per site requirement

Attending HT panel breakdown due to fault in control wiring, VCB, CT wiring, control module malfunctioning etc. ,(Items for any replacement of HT panels parts shall be provided by the department) (One visit per job).

Supply, laying and connection of 1x8 SWG GI wire, GI wire shall be laid down in the ground , complete in all respect as per site requirement.

Supply & fixing of cradle guard of Gl wire 8 SWG 2 wires longitudinally & providing cross lacing of 3 mtrs. interval for LT line, complete in all respect.

Provision of shackle point at the electric pole, LT Porcelain Shackle Insulator with GI pins/Nut bolts etc. complete in all respect as per site requirement.

Supply & fixing of stay assembly with Gl stay wire 7/2.64 mm size with stay clamps 51 with excavation & refilling stay pit using cement, concrete, size of stay rod 16 mm, stay insulator anchor plate, staining screw, thimble etc. and supply & fixing of GI pipe 38 mm dia , complete in all respect.
