Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams cantilevers girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto all depths as per approved drawing, design and specifications, as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

6mm (Six milimetres) thick cement plaster in ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement: Three sand) for all heights as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen milimetres) thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor levels including arises internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto six sand) as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in single coat on rough side of brick / concrete / stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even , smooth and curing complete, as per PWD specification,approved drawing, design including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is including of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in Size of Tile 600x600 mm ( six hundred into six hundred milimetres) (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % ( zero decimal zero eight percentage) of Kajaria /Johnson / Nitco /Orient /Bell / Somany / AGL conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm (twelve milimetres) thickness bed of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm ( three decimal three kilogram per square metres) including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceremic glazed wall tiles of premium quality of Kajaria /Johnson / Nitco /Orient /Bell / Somany / AGL conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm ( twelve milimetres) thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 ( at the rate three decimal three) kilogram per squaremetres including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or as per approved shade in flooring of required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm (eighteen milimetre) thick stone slab over 20 mm (twenty milimetre) (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete, as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of Asian / Dulax / Berger / Nerolac Suraksha paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm ( one decimal sixty seven litre per ten squaremetre) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm ( two decimal twenty kilogram per ten squaremetre) , as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of Nerolac/ Asian paints approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement prime , as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of Birla / JK average thickness 1 mm ( one milimetre) over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium coloured frame work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions of Jindal / Hindalco aluminium with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50( fifty) micron), as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etcetera with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etcetera complete With float glass panes of 5 mm ( five milimetre) thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm) ( twelve decimal five zero kilogram per square metre) of modi guard/saint gobain as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 12mm thick Phenol bonded (both side) prelaminated BWP Grade partical board in matt finish flat pressed three layer or graded wood partical board conforming to IS :12823 of Action Tesa/Greelam/Merinolam/Kitlam/ Vista of approved shade Grade - I, Type II, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws etcetera complete as per architectural drawing and direction of Engineer- in- charge. Pre-laminated partical board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 250x16 mm ( two hundred fifty into sixteen milimetres) aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 (ten) as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etcetera complete, as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Of area 3 sq. metres (three square metre) and below including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge, to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm ( one decimal four millimetre) in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50 mm ( zero decimal five zero millimetre) all complete With 12 mm ( twelve millimetres) mild steel U beading as per approved drawing, design , specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Making plinth protection 50mm (fifty milimetres) thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement isto 3 coarse sand (zone - III) isto 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetres) nominal size) over 75mm (seventy five milimetres) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm (forty milimetres) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
