Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & fixing anodised aluminium work(power coated) for door, window, ventilators & partitions with extruded built up standard tubular & other senctions of approved make conforming to IS 733 & IS 1285 anodised transparent of dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs & screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred & jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/ panelling C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (i) for door windows and ventilators and glazed partitions frames.
(ii) for shutters of doors windows & ventilators including providing & fixing hinges/pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gaskets as required (fittings and glazing/ panelling shall be paid for separately) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Glazing with glass panes of 5.50mm thickness (weight not less than 13.75 kg/sqm. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
P/F board partitions with butt jointing and nails (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately). (i) Prelaminated board bwp phenol bonded exterior/ interion grade both sides. 12 mm thick. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour & shade with bolt and nuts screws etc. complete including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.. i) 250x 16mm.
Providing & fixing bright finished hard drawn hooks and eyes. 250mm. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolt (berrel type) anodized transparant or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone- III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
