Preparing old surface road Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep and in area not exc 400 Sqm incl removing n exc 50 m and staking out complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm), with Granite ,trap,or Basalt spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required. with 8 to 10 tonne power roller all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal & screening material complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prepation of un-surfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat RS1 grade cationic emulsion @ 7.5 Kg/10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer over prepared surface of WBM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat RS1 grade cationic emulsion @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer over prepared surface of black top complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous Premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen content by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete and compacted rolled with mechanical paver of power exc 8 ton n,exc 12 ton incl required camber and gradient complete.

S&F high density grade reflectors/delineators of 60 mm long made out of abs round fitted with 2 Nos 50/60 mm dia highly reflected reflector made out of PMMA and mounted on ms pipe 50 mm 16 gauge ,dully powder coated ,anti rusted and anti thief steel net including fixed in ground with PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 bed of size 150x150mx150mm, comlete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and applying 2.0 mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) with glass beads of specific shade /colour using hot thermoplastic materials by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic materials applicator machine filled with profile shoe ,glass beads dispenser ,propane tank heater etc driven by experienced on road surface including all M&L cleaning the road surface of all dirts seals oil grease,mud,grass etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar studs of size 125X125X25mm with shank of 58.8 mm water proof ,energy saving and eco friendly made of solid alluminium selver alloy sheel compressing of solar panel mono crystelline solar 2.4/0.3 watts one no.NI-Mn-cd rachargeable battery six nos supper bright LEDs (yellows,blue,green,and white ) suitable for working times 50 to 60 hours succesfully the battery is fully charged changing time five to six hours per/day with solar -energy based power supply ) with brightness sensitive auto sansative auto switch fot authomatic turn on at night with turn off at day ,fixed on existing road surfaces

M&L for preparation of kerb stone over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
