Taking down ceiling fans of any make and size from ceiling fan hook, clean externally, opening for examination and overhauling complete by means cleaning of bearing, starter and rotor winding, providing new proper grade lubricant oil, grease and reassembling and re-fixing in same position or another position, complete all as specified & directed. Note :- (a) Replacement of defective spare parts and rewinding shall be measured and paid under relevant items catered here-in-after. (b) Repair shall be carried out at site of work.

Dismantling of existing worn out/burnt winding from ceiling fans of 1200 mm sweep and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of same existing size and class of insulation, varnishing with approved quality insulating varnish including replacement of split pins, locking nut, seal with nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified & directed. Note : Repair/rewinding of fans shall be carried out at contractors workshop & will be returned back & installed at its existing or new location as directed after carrying out repair/rewinding work.
