SUB-HEAD : SEISMIC RETROFITTING AND CONSERVATION WORK

Removal of existing plaster on external, internal walls, rcc wall, brick wall, etc. upto any thick wherever found required including deep raking the joints , providing suitable treatment to remove the formation of alkali salts rinsing with hot water or by chemical wash (if required) without eroding the brick surface etc. complete including materials, chemicals, cost of labour, tools and tackles complete including wetting/damping or drying the wall etc. complete and disposal of debris etc complete

Slotting Brick to emmebd seismic belt, with multiple grouving machine with low low impact and slice out the brick with due care etc including surface preparation with buffers etc complete

Providing and fixing anchors of required length not less than 700mm made of four G.I. bars of minimum diameter 3mm for fixing seismic straps to the existing walls including drilling holes, inserting anchor through the holes in walls, binding with straps provided on one or both faces of the walls, grouting the holes with micro-concrete etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge or equivalent method of anchoring with steel welding system etc

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with 12 mm thick shuttering ply

Providing and placing in position Micro Concrete, which shall be cement based pre-packed single component chloride free, non-shrink , free flow, self compacting ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion obtained from approved manufacturer as per specification upto Grade not less than M40 for column, beam, slab etc. wherever required including mixing with paddle fitted low RPM machine, including materials, Aggregate, labours etc. complete.

Providing and fixing seismic strap, made of G.I. wire mesh of required size (25x25mm, 3mm nominal diameter G.I. wire mesh, Hot dip galvanizing at the rate of 120 gm per Sqm as per IS code 4826) on walls with the help of anchor bolts/bars/ binding wires etc. including cutting, bending and binding etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Overlaps of 100mm shall be allowed in transverse direction. Minimum 10 mm cover on either side of the strap shall be given while rendering. The same width shall be taken for measurement (Anchors, making of holes, steel if any shall be paid separately) and rendered with pre-packed polymer modified mortar upto 10 mm thickness including mechanical mixing, applying layer by layer of thickness not more than 5mm each layer etc. as per the manufactures specification including bond coat etc. complete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre,horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing and stabilization soil by using quick lime (semi slaked) added with sand at 1 part of lime putty with 12 parts of sand , the mixer shall be filled upto 1.0m from the floor level into the already created slot with the help of bamboo at 2 holes per sqm or as required and anchoring bamboo stick into the soil upto 1.0m from floor lever by ramping or tapping etc. at two bamboo anchors within one sqm, etc complete. (Measurement shall be plinth Area of the Building)

Finishing all the ornamental work inside Semicircular arch including tuscan order pilaster , tyochilas/ovolo/gorg/ cymatium,dourcioc etc Niches, echinus, necking,astragal etc complete, with Stucco plaster upto required thick to match the existing profile with 1 : 1 : 6 (1 Cement, 1 Lime, 6 River Sand) with addition of Polypropylene Fibre as per manufacture's specification and admixture to minimize the permeability over an bond coat of SBR cement slurry for both negative cast (if required) and finishing coat. Finishing coat shall be 1 : 1 stucco (1 Cement, 1 Fine Marble powder, mixed with water : SBR at the rate of 1 : 1 ratio i.e. 1 water: 1 SBR) upto 1mm to 5mm thick by brush or troweled smooth or floated etc. as per the requirement including materials, skilled masons, curing etc. complete. The negative shape shall be brought with first class brick bats. (If the ornament found to be more than 50 mm thick, reinforcement shall be anchored with epoxy). Nothing extra will be paid for plastering.

Finishing all ornamental works with skilled sculptor for Main Dome at Entrance starting from final cupola, dome, cornice below dome, decorative cupola, cornice below, entablatures, shaft , squinchs , octagonal corbelling, , finial mould, dome all imbrication, duomo cupola, shaft (tuscan order), RCC Jolly etc complete with Stucco plaster upto required thick to match the existing profile with 1 : 1 : 6 (1 Cement, 1 Lime, 6 River Sand) with addition of Polypropylene Fibre as per manufacture's specification and admixture to minimize the permeability over an bond coat of SBR cement slurry for both negative cast (if required) and finishing coat. Finishing coat shall be 1 : 1 stucco (1 Cement, 1 Fine Marble powder, mixed with water : SBR at the rate of 1 : 1 ratio i.e. 1 water : 1 SBR) upto 1mm to 5mm thick by brush or troweled smooth or floated etc as per the requirement including materials, skilled masons, curing etc. complete. Finishing coat shall be of 1 : 1 stucco (1 Cement, 1 Fine Marble powder, mixed with water SBR at the rate of 1 : 1 ratio i.e. 1 water : 1 SBR) upto 1mm to 5mm thick by brush or troweled smooth or floated etc. as per the requirement including materials, skilled masons, curing etc. complete. Finishing all the Ornamental work of a balustrade having any type of baluster upto five baluster with base & hand rails with any type of moulding at all height etc complete including friez below cornice moulding combination of crown cornice, cavetto, scotia, conge, thumb, torus, ovola, sunk fillet, fillet parica, cyma reverse, cymatium, bead, splay face, cyma recta, beak, echinus, astragal, dentils of any type, friez, architrave any architure etc complete with skilled sculptor covering all sets at any level, all the work (as it was) , with Stucco plaster upto required thick to match the existing profile with 1:1:6 (1:Cement,1:Lime, 6: River Sand) with addition of Polypropylene Fiber per manufacture specification and admixture to minimums the permeability over an bond coat of SBR cement slurry for both negative cast (if required) and finishing coat , finish coat shall be 1:1 stucco (1: Cement, 1: fine Marble powder, mixed with wtaer:SBR at the rate of 1:1 ratio i.e. 1 water: 1 SBR) upto 1mm to 5mm thick by brush or troweled smooth or floated etc as per the requirement including materials, skilled masons, curing etc., complete. The negative shape shall be brought with first class brick bates.(If the ornament found to be more than 50 mm thick reinforcement shall be anchored with epoxy ) nothing extra will be paid for plastering or another method shall be adopted by the way of fuma insitu casting method by free flow materials to bring the orginal shape and size. Finishing all architectural elements in the portion within decorative Cornice all covering ovola , cuma recta , cyma reverse , any dentils , combined with any type of anthemion, fillets astragal pilasters, cornice at tree stages, corona , cavetto , corona , scotia , torus, fillet, squinches, hemispherical ducoma, echninus, frize, sets of entablature, tusan or doric order pilasters etc complete including skilled sculptor etc complete with 1 : 1 : 6 (1 Cement, 1 Lime, 6 River Sand) with addition of Polypropylene Fibre as per manufacture's specification and admixture to minimize the permeability over an bond coat of SBR cement slurry for both negative cast (if required) and finishing coat. Finishing coat shall be 1 : 1 stucco (1 Cement, 1 Fine Marble powder, mixed with water : SBR at the rate of 1 : 1 ratio i.e. 1 water: 1 SBR) brick work, shear connectors, centering, Reinforcement, scaffolding etc shall be paid seperately

SUB-HEAD : RESTORATION WORK AND LIFTING

Removal of existing water proofing system upto any thick max upto 20 to 400mm and upon site condition with due care without harming the existing surface etc complete including disposing the debris upto a max. lead of 1km from site to stocking ground incl. cost of labour, tools, tackles, equipments etc. complete

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 6mm done chips of 10mm to 20 mm depending on the site condition) with addition of Polypropylene fiber as per manufactures specification or at the rate of 200 gms per one bag of cement and admixture at the rate of 200 ml per bag of cement etc. mixing, pouring, leveling, curing etc including lift etc. complete for PCC flagging or wherever required.

First class brick work in superstructure above plinth level & upto floor-five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Surface preparation by overlay method grade not less than M25, with required high performance PCE based super plasticizer, Integral water proofing compounds, Syntactic fibre at 125 gm per bag of cement, under a base coat layer of Micro concrete grade not less than M40, by Vacuum De-watering system, finishing with mechanical towelling, suction Mat shall be multilayered polymer sheets to ensure sufficient cross sectional area to squeeze out and remove excess water from the concrete, double beam surface vibrator shall be used, all including fixing levels with heavy grade channels etc complete, including grove cutting the surface afterward finishing with trowel etc complete excluding the cost of centering shuttering, shear connectors etc complete , surface hardness shall be checked by rebound hammer tester.

Providing and applying PU coating ( Polyurethane) by spray etc complete as per manufacture specification minimum PU at the rate 0.700 kg/ Sqm etc complete the substrate should be checked for < 4% pbw moisture content, Relative Air Humidity 85% r. h. max, the mixing must be thoroughly mixed using a low speed electric stirrer (300 - 400 rpm) or other suitable equipment, if applied by roller then roller shall be With a solvent resistant, “non-fuzzy” roller, or if applied by spray then spray shall be Airless spray equipment, for example: piston pump Wagner EP 3000. (pressure: ~ 200 - 250 bar, nozzle: 0.38mm - 0.53mm, angle: ca. 50 - 80°) including materials , skilled applicator, labours , tools tackles etc complete (The product performance shall be guranteed for ten year from the date of application) Two component, composite water based silicone impregnateing solution with Nano mechanism, which impart water repellency at 100% for mineral construction materials, with UV resistance, barrier against chloride ions, carbon dioxide and water, it can be Siloxane- Silicone modified two-component waterborne polyurethane was synthesized by the reaction between siloxane-modified hydroxyl-functional polyurethane aqueous dispersion and the hydrophilic-modified polyisocyanate, or with any such equal composite mechanism, with a NANO mechanism, so that, the process of impregnateing and surface protection shall be ensured. Two process waterproofing system Component "A" as base application - Impregnateing solution with low vicious, which should provides 100% water repellency Component "B" as top application- Protection to treated surface with UV resistance, barrier against chloride ions, carbon dioxide and water, with excellent bond strength, etc. Measurement shall be in lenghth and breath

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Jacking or Lifting the building upto required height from plinth level to upto above road level, using steel beams, hydraulic jacks, or manual jacks, to any number of required jacks, with skilled applicator without disturbance and structure, etc complete

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required:- In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works, all complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 18 mm thick stone slab

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface complete. Water thinnable cement primer

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and applying washable acrylic coating upto max 300 micron DFT which shall be high resistance to C02/S02/chloride ions diffusion, resistance to UV rays, elastoplastic, including skilled labours as per the manufactures specification including tools , tackles etc. complete.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Clerestory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5 mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Frame size 65 x 100 mm

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.
