Material and labour for 12-15 mm thick Granite, of any type, table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, copings. kneelers, apex stones, posts, boundary pillars, bonders (for stone walling), brackets, etc. with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick WPC factory made 100% solid flush designer door (conforming as per IS-4020) made from 100% lead free single extruded with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10 mm deep mould on single side with wood grain texture and back side plain with density not less than 600 Kg/cum. Manufactured by an ISO : 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having screw holding capacity complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) vertically, with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I connecting to earthing test point & to main switch board and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type soil, earth lead connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc. GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr from the top of earth electrode are included under this item. (ii) Any joints in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed/permitted.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 25 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable, 8 cms thick before laying the cable and 15 cms thick after laying & stretching the cable in trenches, including hand punning and consolidating, complete, all as specified. Note:- For payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured.

Bricks, old size sub class `B' laid in trenches with width wise along the alignment of the cable as protection complete.

S&F tube 'Light' grade galvanised with all fitting laid in trenches, fixed to wall and floor of 50 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 200 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equiped with IP66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated soil/sand/unseviceable LT Cable for laying of cable and getting out.

Sand cushioning and covering of UG cable using crushed metal sand in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard /loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for brick for laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for protection of U/G cable laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exc 10mm over UG cable in trenches all as directed
