Providing 3 phase service connection with laying PVC cable from nearby electrical pole to premises upto 35 mtr. In length supported by GI wire, reel insulator i/c fitting fixing of energy meter as required.

Febrication of cross arms by MS Channel/ MS Angle as per specification

Erection of Danger plate on OH lines (11KV/415 volts)

Laying of 01 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground i/c excavation , sand cushioning , protective cover and refilling the trench etc. as required. Trench size: Width- 350mm, Height- 1200 mm, Sand(cushioning) : Height-250mm, Width- 350mm. Protection: double layer bricks. Upto 120 sq.mm.

Laying and fixing 100 mm dia GI pipe (medium class) in ground complete with GI fittings i/c trenching (120 cm depth) and refilling etc as required

Laying of 01 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of all size in the GI pipe / HDPE for riser i/c tieup of pipe with pole by the help of MS flat clamp as required. Upto 400 Sq.mm.

Providing protective Sub-Station fencing of size 2.5X3.5 mtr and 1.5 mtr height. Fencing by 75X25 mm wire mesh, 10 nos MS angle post (50X50X6mm) of height 2 mtr, horizontal bar 4X2.5 mtr, 2X3.5 mtr, 2x2 mtr, 2X1.5 mtr and 10X1.5 mtr vertical bar of MS flat (35X6mm). a single part of MS grill door of size 1.5 X 1.2 mtr along with necessary locking arrangement i/c grouting and painting by aluminium paint over red oxide priming of approve quality as required as per technical specification i/c supply of all materials.

Carriage of 11/0.430 KV, 3-phase, 63 KVA by mechanical transport from the site/store/workshop to working site vis-à-vis i/c loading, unloading, and placeing on base as required upto the lead range of 250 km.

Supply and making outdoor cable and termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories i/c lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required: Upto 150 sq.mm.

Erection of 11 KV protective guarding by GI wire 8 SWG as per technical specification, across road/river/telecom line etc. in horizontal formation complete

Erection of 11 KV protective guarding/ Cross lacing for 415/240 volt line by GI wire 8/10 SWG as per technical specification, across road/river/telecom line etc. in horizontal/vertical formation complete with spool/ reel insulator.

Providing of precast cement concrete cable identification route marker (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6mm dia mild steel wire i/c centring & shuttering , roughening , cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete , excluding the plustering of jambs , sills & soffits as per design , drawing & specification of TSECL. the marker shall be embossed " DANGER: TSECL, ELECTRIC POWER CABLE " with black colour letter (both side) . The visible part shall be painted with yellow colour japan paint.

Erection of anti-climbing devices viz barbed wires on pole structures including supply of barbed wres in helical form 7.5 cm. apart starting from ground level (1.5 Kg. / pole) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

GI coil earthing (spiral earthing) i/c supply of necessary materials as per REC specification.

Maintaining adequate clearance from overhead live conductors by trimming of tree branches for way leaves
