Supplying, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 'Silent Type' Diesel Generating set having Prime Power Rating of 125 KVA capacity, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 Volts suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system & for 0.85 Load Factor and consisting of the followings aongwith less credit for old and wornout 62.5 KVA capacity DG Set:- a) Diesel Engine : Diesel engine 4 stroke water cooled, turbo charged electric start of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. b) Engine Control Panel : Cubical type mounted with hinged doors powder coated, modbus interface with RS485 LCD/LED screens confirming IEC standard & having following: Microprocessor based display monitoring & control panel with following features and accessories : i) DG parameter monitoring display: Line voltage, Phase Voltage, Amps, Hz, Hour, KW, KWH, KVA, PF. ii) Engine parameter monitoring display equipments: Oil pressure, coolant temperature fuel level, battery voltage & charging status, engine speed.

iii) Functional equipments: Manual, Auto Start/Stop, Emergency Stop, Cooling Time, LCD Display & Fault Reset. iv) Safety features: Low lube oil pressure, high coolant temperature, radiator coolant level, over load, under & over voltage, under & over frequency, low fuel level, auto shut down, visual & audio alarm against fault, indication lamps for DG ON & LOAD ON, Emergency stop - push button. Power MCB / MCCB, Auxilary Contactors, Control MCB, Current Transformers, Aluminum bus-bars / copper power cable of suitable capacity with incoming and outgoing terminations as required. c) Alternator : Synchronous alternator rated at 125 KVA capacity, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% rh & AT 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure IP-23, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR electronics conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class- F/H insulation, voltage regulation + 1% of rated voltage, overload 10% for one hour in every 12 hours continues use. d) Base Frame & Foundation : Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made out of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement, as per recommendations of original equipment manufacturer.

e) Fuel Tank: Daily service fuel tank of 200 liters capacity fabricated out of 3 mm thickness M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class 'C' pipes of suitable diameter Complete with valves, level indications airvent drain plug inlet arrangement for direct filling & set of fuel hoses & accessories as required as per specifications with engine overflow arrangement. f) Exhaust system : Dry exhaust mainfold with residential exhaust silencer. g) Starting System : 12Volts/24 Volts DC starting system (as per OEM standards) comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of low maintenance batteries of suitable capacities, as required and as per specifications. h) Acoustic and weather proof CRCA sheet, PU powder coated enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere, as per specifications conforming to CPCB Norms & FCRI approved. i) Governor-Class A (Mechanical / Electronic as per OEM) j) Air Cleaner - Dry Type k) Lubricant Oil filter & cooler l) Diesel filter m) Fly wheel housing & fly wheel to suite single bearing alternator.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thickness including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meters long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt etc as required.

Providing and fixing of 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm diameter G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thickness including accessories, providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meters long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt complete as required.

Providing & Fixing of 25mm X 5mm G.I. strip in 40mm diameter G.I. Pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing & Fixing of 25mm X 5mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc as required.

Supplying, laying and fixing of 3.5 x 120 sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. (a) 3.5 x 120 sq. mm (45mm)
