Collection of empty drums (approximately 80 Nos. of 209 liter capacity each) from 220 KV S/S Pantnagar & 132 KV S/S Bhowali 132 KV S/S Ranikhet and near by sub station as availability of oil drums/15 KL oil storage Tank from near by sub station including the work of safe transportation to 132 KV S/S Ramnagar for filling and storage of drained oil of 20 MVA transformer as per direction of engineer in charge including cost of all material, consumables, labors and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Safe and proper shifting of departmental oil filtration plant of 12KLPH capacity from 220KV S/s, Pantnagar following substation including the work of loading, unloading, shifting, carriage etc. and making arrangements as welding de-welding, drilling, fabricating flanges etc. required to connect the oil filtration plant with 20 MVA transformer, storage tanks etc. successful filtration and transfer of oil at both ends i.e. at 132 KV S/S Ramanagar and 132 KV S/S Almora as per direction of engineer in charge including cost of all material, consumables, labours and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Safe and proper draining of oil from 20 MVA transformer's main tank as per standard procedures and OEM's instructions manual with the help of oil filtration plant and proper storage of drained oil filtration plant and including cost of all material, consumables, labors and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Filling up of nitrogen gas of adequate pressure in main tank of 20 MVA transformer after closing of all the inspection window and all parts as per the OEM's instruction manual as well as additional arrangement for filling of nitrogen gas and availability of adequate spare nitrogen cylinder for maintaining nitrogen pressure during transportation including making of the separate arrangements for nitrogen pressure gauge monitoring as per direction of engineer in charge including cost of all material, consumables, labors and T&P required for the proper completion of work .

Fixing packaging and sealing of all the opening of transformer parts and accessories i.e bushing turrets, conservator tank, equalizer oil pipe line, all flanges before its transportation with the help of nut & bolts, washers and gaskets complete is all respect as per direction of engineer in charge including cost of all material, consumables, labors and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Safe and proper erection of 20 MVA transformer, its accessories & peripherals such as main tank, bushing turret, CT's, radiators, cooling fans, complete pipe system, conservator tank, various relays, WTI & OTI, marshalling box, RTCC panel etc. including earthing of the system complete in all respect as per OEM's instructions manual including submission of tests result / reports in 3 sets as per instructions of engineer in charge including cost of material, consumables, labor and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Leakage testing of 20 MVA transformer after putting on vacuum of adequate pressure and for adequate time period as per OEM's instruction manual and then safe and proper de-vacuuming of transformer and applying of nitrogen release process from complete in all respect as per OEM's instructions manual including submission of tests result / reports in 3 sets as per instructions of engineer in charge including cost of material, consumables, labor and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Complete replacement of all the gaskets of 20 MVA transformer main tank, inspection plates, bushings, radiators etc. With best quality rubberized cork sheet of specified size after proper removal of old gaskets, complete in all respect as per OEM'S standard procedures and instructions of engineer in charge including cost of material, consumables, labor and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Centrifuging of transformer oil (quantity approx 16 KL) till satisfactory BDV result are achieved and filling up of oil in main tank, radiators etc . And topping conservator tank complete in all respect as per OEM’S standard procedures and instructions of engineer in charge including cost of material, consumables, labor and T&P required for the proper completion of work .

Development of cable schedule and termination scheme (if required) and carrying out work of cable laying termination of all connections and interconnection both outdoor and indoor end in marshalling boxes , cooling fans circuit, RTCC panel, HV & LV C&R panel etc for 20MVA Transformer as per standard practices, complete in all respect as per OEM'S standard procedures and instructions of engineer in charge including cost of material, consumables, labor and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Complete pre-commissioning testing of 20MVA transformer such as open circuit test shot circuit test, vector group test, stability test, insulation test, winding resistance test, tan delta tests, SFRA test and other including testing of of HV and LV side bay equipments i.e 132 KV & 33 KV CB's, 132 KV & 33 KV CT's, 132 KV & 33 KV PT's RTCC & C&R Panels etc. And submission of test reports in 03 copies jointly signed with O&M and T&C wing of PTCUL before charging of transformer, complete in all respects as per instructions of engineer in charge including cost of material, consumables, labor and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Safe and proper jumpering work of transformer with its HV and LV side bays i.e. all equipments and bus bars etc. Including all HT/LT connection complete in all respect and charging of transformer as per direction of engineer in charge after obtaining statutory clearance from EL including cost of material, consumables, labor and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Collection of oil samples of transformer and its testing for DGA and other relevant tests from CPRI as per direction of engineer in charge including cost of all material, consumables, labor and T&P required for the proper completion of work and submission of reports in 03 copies at the earliest .
