Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of indoor type step down transformer of capacity 11000/433 volts (at no load) ,AC , 3 phase 50 Hz capacity 160KVA core type copper wound ,oil immersed ,naturally cooled, oli natural, air natural (ONAN) with external cooling tubes ,delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol Dyn-11 (vector group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping +/- 5% with step of 2.5 % side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear as per IS 1180:2014. The maximam temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method (Necessary test certificate carried out at factory site to be produced ) after contineous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree celsius .the transformer shall be IS 1180: 2014 Level-2 marked and shall comprise of the following :- (a) 3 Nos porcelain bushing with arcing horn on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing ,copper rods, nut and washers (b)one cable box both side on HT/LT side (primary & secondary side) consisting of 03 Nos & 04 Nos of porcelain insulators respective bushing with copper rods complete with nuts and washers with two nos cable gland suitable for reception /taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including glands joint and jointing material complete (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) De-hydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agent (silica gel). Schedule 'A' Part-II (Air Conditioing)

Supply ,installation, testing and commissioning of Air cooled Scroll Chiller having capacity not less than 30 TR with eco friendly refrigerant R-410A/R-407C complete with Hermetic sealed Scroll compressor. Package should come with minumun two compressors in each module,complete with microprocessor controller, multiple scroll compressors, shell & tube type water cooled evaporater refrigerant piping, mounted on a common base frame with following specifications:- (a) Chilled water inlet temperature: 54° F, (b) Chilled water outlet temperature: 44 ° F, (c) Evaporater fouling factor: 0.0001 Sq ft Hr ° F/Btu, (d) Ambient conditioins 95 F COP of chiller shall not be less than 3.05. Schedule 'A' Part-III B/R (Misc Works) Note:- All site handed over partly/Phase wise

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.50 cum and getting out soft/ loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers n. exc. 25 cm watering and removing surfaces soil and making good disturb surface.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing the demolished material out side the defence land complete all as specified.

Dismantling of kota stone slabs and tiles of any thickness in flooring etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removing the demolished material out side the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing tarfelt any No of layers/Plaster/Thermo seal etc, as in water proofing treatment to roof and cleaning the surface with wire brushes including removal of all dust or dirt etc to the distance outside the MD land complete all as specified.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified. NOTE : - This item is to be executed upto the height of 10m from ground floor.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as in roof slab on wall, beam and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of suspended slabs ,floor or roof beam, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc also splays between floors and beams etc rough finished surfaces of concrete of flat complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab of 18 - 20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish as in skirting to vertical surfaces including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 - 20mm thick granite (of any type and shade) work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM 1:4 incl pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, moulding of edges complete over and incl 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel framed work such as grills grating etc with ends of bars shouldred and or riveted or forged into spike, framed guard bars, door, ladder, railings etc and similar work conforming to to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete and all as specified.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.

Forming V-grooves section of size25x20mm by cutting cracks in existing RCC roofs or terracing cleaning out the surface and sealing the same all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces on the roof surface finished even and smoth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified. Note : (i) Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Supply and fix rough cast wired glass, 6 mm thick and glazing with siliconized acrylic sealent/beads (Iron/Cluminium) any type of site requirement in square. Square Exc 0.50 but n exc 0.75 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) This item to be executed upto height of 20 meter from ground level. (ii) Leakage after fixing of glass pan with siliconized acrylic sealent from frame work completly erected by contractor.

Supply and fixing Sheet glass ordinary quality frosted glass 3mm thick and glazed with oil putty or any types of beads in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm each pane complete all as specified. and directed.

S&F sheet glass ordinary quality glass 4mm thick and glazed with oil putty or any types of beads in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glass silicon sealent as specified in here-in-above of section 18mm width and 18mm depth for fixing of new and old glass panes all as complete all as specified.

M & L for complete removal of exiting/new suface treatment and provide two coat of oil bound distamper over prepared surface finished with and including 1 mm thick birla white putty over a coat of primer and rubbing with sand paper at any height of building including necessary scaffolding , ladder , formwork etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge. NOTE : - This item is to be executed upto the height of 6mtr from Ground level.

M&L for preparation to new plastered surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces and applying one coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - This item is to be executed upto the height of 10 mtr from Ground level.

M&L for preparation to new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) aluminium work for fixed frame portion and shutters frame(any track)/openable windows frame, ventilators frame, partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/Neoprene gasket roller etc aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle , aluminium snap beading for glazing/gauged/paneling, CP brass/stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Aluminium power coated grill (DECO grill) weight not less than 1.8kg/Sqm fixed to aluminium door /window/ventilator frame including all fixing arrangements including aluminium channels, screws, U or F section etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F float glass tinted 5mm thick fixed in aluminium frame with aluminium powder coated snap beading including rubber/EPDM gasket, complete all as specified.

M&L for 6mm thick Epoxy PU flooring complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturer's instruction consisting of following steps/Stages. (i) SURFACE CLEANING: cleaning of surface free from dust, dirt, moisture & foreign material from the floor by grinding and scrubbing. (iii) forming joints 8mm to 40mm average width and 20mm average deep with closed cell poyethylene backup rod of required dia more than width of joint and top 12mm depth primed and sealed with polyurethane based sealing compound including applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape by mechanical means after application of sealant including cutting out the exiting joints up to the required width /depth using diamond cutter , removing the debris and other foreign materials to a distance exceedig 1.5KM and not exceeding 5.0KM and deposting where directed and cleaninf the sides and bottom of joints by using compressed air complete all as specifiedand as directed . NOTE :- (THE entire work/ application shall be done through manufacturer)

M & L for aromatic PU coating over primer , with PU marking paint approved as per manufacture's instructions/spections as in line, dashes, arrows, letters, width or girth exceeding 10cm, marking in yellow/white/red/orange colour as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :-(THE entire work/ application shall be done through manufacturer)

M&L for PCC1:2:4 type B- 0 using 12.5 graded aggregate 40mm thick as in Sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.
