Supply, installation and erection into true verticle position of decorative ornamental mast pole with suitable arrangement on top for one solar led street light. Total height of the pole with bracket shall be 6000 mm nominal above the ground. The pole shall be made out of mild steel tube in multiple sections as per attached drawing. The different sections shall be joined together through flanges and swaging joints and are welded to get stable structure. The bottom section shall be of 300mm dia in taper x 4mm thickness x 0.5 mm long , top section shall be 60.1mm dia (grooved to dia 108 mm and swaged ) x 4.0mm thickness x1500mm long. The base plate shall be of diameter 320mm and thickness 12mm and joined with the pole by welding joint with the help of stiffeners. The cast iron decorative embellishments shall be fixedwith the pole with the help of SS grub screws as shown in attached drawing. The cast iron embellishments fitted in pole shall be made in single casting, joining of two parts with bolts will not be accepted. Embelishments shall be made of cast iron. The decorative pole shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface. The decorative pole shall be duly pre-treated by shot blasting process and coated with high end epoxy primers and top coat in UV ray resistant polyurethane/Polyester coating in approved colour shade. The coating on the pole and bracket shall be baked in oven at required temperature and parameters. The DFT of coating on pole shall be 90 microns (minimum). The coating on pole shall pass minimum 500 salt spray hours. Wind pressure calculation shall be done as per IS 875. Including constructio of shallow foundation of RCC of dimensions 600mmX 600mm X 1000mm depth. including foundation bolts and nuts. Make- to be approved before installtion from Engineer In Charge.
