Earth work in excavation in soil unsuitable for road construction such as marshy soil including pumping out water, removal of the same and disposal with all lift and lead upto 1 km as per MoRT&H. In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. Depth up to 1.5 m all types of soil

Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including unloading and stacking :: 5 km lead

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of granular sub-base by providing close graded material (Table 400-1), spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H specification clause - 401 including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. Grading - III Material

Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion

Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping, bracing both ways and removal of form work for foundation in basement rafts, footings, strap beams, bases of columns etc. up to plinth level.

Centering and shuttering with plyweed or steel sheet upto two stories or height upto 7.5 meter above plinth level including strutting, propping etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering & reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm size
