The equipment shall also be accompanied with test certificates and performance curves.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible Pump Set 5000GPH x 60MH along with allied electromechanical equipment at intake of filtration plant WSS Seri Sayal by way of fabrication of 80mm dia GI pipe nipples 10ft long welded with MS flanges-80mm dia at both ends-3nos for making delivery of the pump. Fabrication of GI pipe nipple with threads at one end & MS flange at other end & fastening the threaded end of nipple with the delivery of pump. Fabrication of MS clamps 80mm dia. - 02 sets for holding submersible pump & nipples. Fabrication/ fitting of bed plate for resting of clamps for holding submersible pump & nipples. Coupling of pump motor with the help of coupling pulley. Providing/fitting of 4mm square submersible cable for making of connection from starter to motor with proper thimbling and insulation. Lowering of pump motor set along with GI pipe nipples with the help of chain pulley block, ropes & skilled/unskilled labours. Providing/Fitting of MS bends 80mm dia. with MS flanges. Providing/Fitting of 80mm dia check valve -01no with MS flanges, nut/bolts & washers, and interconnecting with the raising main with all allied welding work.

Labour charges for carriage of HC pump set 5000 GPH X 250 MH with motor set along with allied equipment from stacking place to site of work by means of HL and by MT. Excavation in trenches for laying of foundation block of size 2mtr x 1 mtr x 1mtr depth inside the pump room by way of excavation of floor and disposal of the excavated earth by using manual labour outside the premises. Cleaning and levelling of excavated trench. Laying of foundation block of RCC for installation of HCP 5000 GPH X 250MH. The job includes fabrication, welding and laying of steel mesh made from 10 mm tor steel placed horizontally, vertically and diagonally at equal distance including form work. Laying of foundation block of RCC in the ratio 1:2:4 (cement, sand and Bajri) and grouting of fabricated foundation bolts. The entire block to be laid in such a way that it can dump all types of mechanical vibration created by dynamic load of the pump. Placing of base frame and levelling. Tightening of base frame by fastening of 6 No. foundation bolts. Complete job includes cost of all types of material such as cement, sand, Bajri, tor steel, foundation bolts, nuts, washers, bolts, carriage of material to site of work on H/L, higher charges of tools and tackles, labour charges of skilled and semi-skilled workers.

Installation of HC pump motor set 5000 GPH X 250MH with motor along with allied works by way of placing the HC pump set and motor on the base plate tightening of foundation bolts of pump and motor set fixing of coupling pulley on drive end side of pump and motor shaft with the help of cotters and coupling bolts. Proper leveling of pump motor set on the base frame by way of providing steel shims and checking the alignment of pump motor set. Complete job including cost of material such as bolts, nuts, washers, shims coupling bolts and tools and tackles required for execution of the job. Fabrication, fitting and laying of 80 mm dia suction line from service reservoir upto the suction of HC pump set as per site requirement by way of cutting, providing of 80 mm dia flanges and welding. Providing and fitting of 80 mm dia heavy duty sluice valve with flanges, bends properly welded as per site in suction line for maintenance of pump set. Fabrication, fitting and laying of 80 mm dia delivery line for HC pump set by way of P/F of flange as per delivery size and reducer nipples, bends required at site. Providing and fixing of 80 mm dia heavy duty sluice valve 1 No. and reflux valve 1 No. with nuts, bolts and gaskets with proper flanges on both sides. Extension of the delivery line from reflux valve upto the common manifold by way of providing bends nipples etc. as per site condition. The complete welding work on the delivery line shall be done by using superior quality welding electrodes so as to avoid any air gap and to ensure leak proof joints. Complete job including cost of material, hire charges of tools and plants. Laying and fixing of common delivery manifold outside the pump room for interconnection of pumping set as standby arrangement. Testing and commissioning of HC pump motor set with all other allied electro mechanical works by checking alignment of pumping set and Plugging of leaking joints if any by way of welding, replacement of gaskets and tightening of nuts and bolts. Testing the machinery on full load.

Installation, testing & commissioning of 100 KVA voltage stabilizers by way of carriage/ shifting of stabilizer from stacking place to site of work on MT and HL. P/F of Copper cable of standard ISI make(as per site condition) for making connections from main switch to Voltage stabilizer for all the three phases in three leads with neutral & then from stabilizer to buss bar fuse system with proper thimbling duly crimpled by using crimpling tool & proper insulation. Conducting of whole electric circuit with the help of conduit pipes, PVC flexible pipes, bends etc. Filling of transformer oil up to required level after heat treatment/dehydration to make it moisture free. Job includes cost of material and Fitting charges.

Testing and commissioning of submersible and HC pump motor set all other allied electromechanical works. Checking of all electrical connections, tapping and tightening all other connections. Plugging of leaking joints if any by way of welding, replacement of gaskets and tightening of nuts and bolts. Checking the alignment of pump and motor sets and testing the machinery on full load. Complete job.
