Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work blasting work chiselling of soft /hard rocks where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade excavated soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth side of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(one cement :one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in all leads and lifts in :-

Foundation ,footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete in all leads and lifts

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtrs. thickness attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level in all leads and lifts .

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding including cost of binding wire and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15 m.m thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5 m.m so as to givea fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc.With wooden battens and ballies , height of prooping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitureinforcement concrete and plain conc work in :-

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floor in all leads and lifts.

Providing,welding , laying, testing & commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended BIS marked MSERW pipe IS/ISO:3183-2007 Grade L360 or X52 confirming to relevent codes & specification its equivalent latest with up to date ammendments of following dia with steel grade MSERW pipe IS/ISO:3183-2007 Grade L360 or X52, having wall thickness & per Rmt weight as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code, in random lengths of 5.0 to 7.0 mtr. The pipe's ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable ends with up to date ammendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make conforming to IS 814-1991 including die penentration test at site of work & all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site including tail pieces, tees, bends all degrees & other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specification as per site conditions. and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement i/c carriage in all leads & lifts and as directed by Engineer-Incharge. The pipe shall have's zinc coating inside & outside confirming to IS-4736-1986 or latest with up to date ammendments & shall be engraved with L360 or X52, The laying shall confirm to BIS 5822-1970 or latest with up to date ammendments DP test shall be performed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-Incharge (Earth work & cost of MS flanges not exceeding more than one pair in 100 meter length shall be measured & paid for seperately) including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge

Providing, welding and fixing M.S. plate flanges of various dia (nominal bore) of following Flange Tables confirming to IS 6392-1971 or latest with up to date ammendments to API/ MSERW after every 100 mtr. pipe or as per site requirement including cutting of of pipes wherever required, welding in three layers (leak proof) confirming to specifications as prescribed in relvent I.S. Code i.e. IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable with up to date ammendments with nuts, bolts & washers & specials etc. confirming to IS-1963 or latest with up to date ammendments including packing sheet i.e. asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticorosive paints complete in all respect including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge

Providing wire crates made of HD dip G.I wire confirming to IS 280-2006 with all latest amendment with zink coating confirming to table I of IS 4826/197 hand woven (double twisted) filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire ( Boulder filling to be measured and pair for separately). G.I. wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-6, 15x15cm mesh in apron and sloping pitchiung complete in all leads and lifts including carriage of material and to the entire satisfaction of the Enginer-in-charge.
