Sweeping and cleaning floors of Training centre including lobby corridors, office space etc. but cxcluding Class rooms and computer room, using standard cleaning liquid material (Lizol/Domex) and wipeout floors on daily basis including cleaning carpet, door mat, disposal of waste in waste bucket etc.

Sweeping and cleaning of floors of hostel building common area excluding Dining hall and hostel Rooms etc.using standard cleaning liquid material (Lizol/Domex) and wipeout floors on daily basis including cleaning carpet, door mat, disposal of waste in waste bucket etc

Sweeping and cleaning of dining hall at hostel block and wipeout floors using standard cleaning liquid material (Lizol/Domex) including cleaning dining table, chairs, kitchen slab, wash basins, sink, carpet, door mat etc.

Sweeping and cleaning of floors of hostel room, balcony etc.using standard cleaning liquid material (Lizol/Domex) and wiping out floors on daily basis,including cleaning attached toilets, washbasin etc., daily before 9.00 AM, using Lizol/Domex, hydrochloric acid, detergent powder if so required. Naphthalene balls to be added regularly to washbasin before earlier balls are fully consumed. Liquidsoap containers should be filled up with standard quality liquid soap daily if required twice including cleaning bucket, mug, tap, soap containers, carpet, door mat, disposal of waste in waste bucketetc.

Cleaning tables, chairs, cupboards,reception cabinets, sofas, handrails etc in all rooms except dining hall and class room, by conventional way of cleaning on daily basis, including arranging them in proper manner etc.

Engaging house keeper 24 hours in 3 shifts

Engaging man for uprooting grass between the interlock tiles and on the surroundings of the training centre & hostel building (once in two months)

Cleaning open terrace and sunshades of training centre and hostel once in three months including disposal of waste

Engaging Gardener for maintaining garden including daily watering, potting & repotting plants, weeding, manuring, applying pesticides, cutting grass etc. as per the directions of the officer concerned
