Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when require into plinths sides of foundation etc.consolidation each deposited layer by ramming,watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in dumped stones or mulba including staking of serviceable and un-serviceable material separetaly and disposal of unserviceable material utp all leads disposed material to be neatly dressed including carriage of material within all lead and lifts.

Demolition below G.L. upto 1.50 mtr depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within all leads and lifts. Un-reinforcec cement concrete including carriage of material within all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand 8graded crushed stone agrregates 40mm nominal size) and curring complete including cost of formwork in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts.

15mm cement plaster in singal coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto floor two level including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand). including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 nominal mix 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand 4graded crushed stone agrregates 20mm nominal size) including cost of formwork and carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Full Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all heights with in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) 1st class bricks including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In grating, framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position in all heights including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 50mm thick including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 nominal mix 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand 6graded crushed stone agrregates 20mm nominal size) in walls including cost of formwork and carriage of material within all leads and lift.

Applying birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materilas and other foreign matters and papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Finishing wall with weather proofing exterior grade emulsion of approved design (apexultima) or its equalied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remvoe all dirt dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth including carriage of material within all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade approved by HPPWD (NTC/Ashok Panjla Tiles/NTCCI/Pooja Concrete Fabricators, M/S Dalal Tiles Pvt. Ltd.) with approved color design and pattern.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat)on steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter.Enamel paint other than white.

Providing and fixing I position pre-cast RCC manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality HD-20 circular shape 560mm internal diameter including carriage of material within all lead and lifts.

Clearing jungle i/c uprooting of rank vegitable grassush, wood, tree, sapling and removal of rubbish outside the periphery of the area cleared including carriage of material within all lead and lifts.

Single legged stop sign boards (900mm octagon) micro prismatic grade retre reflective board made out of 12mm thick aluminium or ACP sheet to be covered with micro prismatic grade retre reflective sheeting as per IRC standards, the back of aluminium sheet to be painted with epoxy paint of standard make, fixed to structural steel frame work of MS angle 25x25x3mm with nuts/bolts/rivets ensuring safety against removal of plates, fixed to one vertical post of 65x65x5mm anglehaving length of 1.80 mtr long complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-plast) rain water pipe of working pressure not less than 4.5 Kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete. 110mm dia pipes including carriage of material within all lead and lifts.
