A) FIXED MANPOWER ITEMS WITH DISPLAYED ESTIMATES. SOR Item 00010, sub items 10 to 90

Checking of earth continuity between test point and earth pi,grid t by Cleaning / Isolating/tieing ; Painting TP,replacing nut bvolts if required, as directed by EIC.

Reconditioning of existing earth pit by digging out the old chrcoal and GI electrode and cleaning the electrode of rust and reinstall it in the same earth pit filled with filling compound, connection , commissioning and testing of the same as per direction of EIC.

Installation, testing and commissioning of GI earth electrode of 65mm dia, GI Pipe medium class 'B' 3000mm long which includes the excavation of earth pit , filling the earth pit by salt and charcoal/ coke , construction earth pit chamber as per the approved drawing, specification and direction of EIC. Supply of electrode, salt,charcoal/coke are excluded from the scope of the contractor but all other materials necessary for construction of earth pit chamber and completion of the job is in the scope of the contractor.

Installation and connection of 75 X 10mm GI earthing strip along the cable trenches or cable trays or fixing to walls or structures or burried individually in paved/ unpaved areas including welding at joints, providing anti-corrosive paint or bitumen and jute covering for welded portion, clamping and necessary hardware for connecting, excavation and backfilling including all labour and materials complete (excluding supply of earthing strip) as per approved drawing, specification and direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Installation and connection of 50 X 6mm GI earthing strip along the cable trenches or cable trays or fixing to walls or structures or burried individually in paved/ unpaved areas including welding at joints, providing anti-corrosive paint or bitumen and jute covering for welded portion, clamping and necessary hardware for connecting, excavation and backfilling including all labour and materials complete (excluding supply of earthing strip) as per approved drawing, specification and direction of Engineer- in- charge
