Manning & Operation of Central AC plants at Bison Lab, at 6 Wing Air Force Barrackpore for 2 Shifts per day i.e 08 hours per shift comprissing with the following personal including Sunday and holidays for operation of AC Plants and record the details of plant running hrs all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. One Ref Mech Skilled per shift for 02 shift per day List of equipments :- (a) AC plant with control panel, chiller pump & condensor pump of capacity 190 TR - 02 nos (b) AHU with control Panel-04 No (c) APFC Panel-02 Nos (d) DG set 200 KVA with control panel-01 No (f) DG set 320 KVA with control panel-01 No

All as per item No 1 above but one Helper Semi- Skilled per shift for 02 shift per day Note for item Nos 1 & 2:- The rate is deemed inclusive of following:- (i) Quoted rates inclusive maintenance/replacement of fan belts and electrolyte/distilled water up to serviceable condition to equipments as and when required (ii) Maintaining control valves leak proof by replacing/maintaining/ up keeping of gland packing etc in pump house installations’ (iii) Routine check up of oil/fuel levels & minor leakages of DG set, PB’s complete all as specified and directed (iv) Attending fuse-Off calls and minor break downs as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (v) Cutting bushes,, cleaning installation maintaining hygiene thoroughly by cleaning inside and outside of installation all as specified and directed (vi) All Uniform will be issued/provided by the contractor. (vii) Insulation tape, fuse wire, hand gloves, torch with cell, cleaning material etc will be provided by contractor. (viii) Refrigerator tool kit complete to be provided in installation for day to day requirement. Make- Taparia/Venus/Creative as approved by Engr-In-Charge.

Manning , operation, maintenance / complaint of the day to day service attending reularly including sunday and holiday at 6 Wing Air Force Barrackpore One Refrigerater Mechanic per Shift for 1 shifts per day ie 8 hours . (a) one refrigeration mechanic (Skilled) -one shift in each day including sunday and holiday.

All as per item No 3 above but one Helper Semi- Skilled per shift for 02 shift per day

M&L taking down of chiller/condensing Motor (15 HP) from foundation after disconnecting all electric connection. Re-fixing the same after making proper alignment, replacement metal coupling alongwith rubber bush complete including nuts/bolts/washers, gland packing (for pump), rusted nuts bolts, insulation, bearing of motor (as per existing size),winding.varnishing, heating and complete greasing etc. Testing the same on load all as directed.

M&L for dismentling of Starter motor, complete checking the wiring and re-connect the same after repair and testing the same after replacement of the following defective spares :- (a) Replacement of contactor of capacity 32 Amp, 3 Pole, 415 Volt, AC rating 1, Type MNX 32. (Make : L&T/C&S) - 02 Nos (b) Replacement of add on auxiliary contact block (2 NO + 2 NC) -02 (Make : L&T/C&S)

M&L for fixing in repair pressure guage (0-16 Kg/Cm2) complete all as directed.

M&L for taking down butterfly valve of 100mm dia, replacement rubber gaskate, descaling the gate and refixing the same all as directed.
