Hiring of agency to Provide Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for various infrastructure works implemented by Mangaluru Urban Development Authority

Consultants from any State Government/ Central Government should have prepared DPR/ carried out construction supervision /PDMC monitoring in any one work like Development of infrastructure projects cost not less than Rs. 2500.00 in last 5 years (2021-22 to 2025-26). (Bidder to submit the certificates issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent).

The firm must have an experience in the field of civil engineering work (Preparation of DPR and Supervision of Civil works) for minimum 10 years. (Consulting Firms shall be a company registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956/2013 or Firms registered under Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 indicating date of registration compulsorily to be uploaded).

Bidder must have following instrument and softwares : Minimum - 2 Nos Total Station Instrument (Own/MOU with respective agencies) (02 marks each), Drawing Plotter of minimum A2 size - 1 No (02 marks), AutoCAD software Min 3 User License should be purchased in the firm name (02 marks each)

Adequacy of the proposed Technical Approach, Methodology and Work plan in responding to the TOR

The Consultant should have Own Material testing Laboratory facilities with NABL Accreditation/ ISO certification (NABL Accreditation/ ISO certified) in Mangaluru

Bidder must have a registered/branch office in Mangalore. Documentary evidence in proof of same to be uploaded.

Competence of the key professional staff for the Assignment : Team Leader 01, Engineer Civil 04, Engineer Electrical 01, Quantity Surveyor 04, Computer Operator 01nos

Minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.25.00 lakhs (from Civil consultancy services such as DPR/PMC/PDMC only) in any 2 years in last 5 preceding financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). (The Audited Balance Sheet with ITR to be uploaded with UDIN mentioned on CA Certificate).

Consultant shall produce unconditional Line Of Credit for minimum amount of Rs. 7.50 Lakhs from any Nationalized Bank /commercial bank to prove their Financial soundness
