S&F semi perforated false ceiling 12 mm thick with micro tegular edged at all height with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern having moisutre content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.60 to 0.85 as per IS 8225-1987, non combustible as per BS 476 (Part-4) 1970 and light code description unit code No 429 Sub Head 26. Supply and fixing 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet hollow interlocking wall panelling of width 250 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on wall with screws and solvent alongwith PVC 'U' and 'L' beading at corner and end portion where ever required of matching colour including taking down of existing wall lining, board or insulation board/panelling including cover fillets of any type and thick complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage , thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern from roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bird proof net of co-polymer nylon monofilament ultravoilet stabilized with aperture 20x20mm the thickness of filament is 0.80mm melting point 260 degree tension force can resist 23.08 Kgs dia of nylon thread not less than 1.25 mm fixed in position as per manufacturer instruction including dismantling of old existing destroyed net at any height in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for working in building/hanger of upto 10 mtr to 15 mtr height. cost of necessary formwork and security provision of labour shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in repair plain mild steel wire 4 to 5 mm dia and fixing to concrete or steel post or to straining bolts of blast pen including securing with and tying etc as directed. Each line of wire to be measured complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in angles iron post & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire incl all necessary drilling bolts or rivetting & similar work confirming to Fe- 410-0 or Fe 310-0 and flat iron fillets (for securing chain link fencing etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for providing, fixing Master Wheel to shutters/gates of Air Craft Hangers , blast pens of size 300mm (incl sizes from 50mm to 450mm) of steel/iron/metals as per requirement of site, including taking down iron door shutters of hangers, blast pens of any description, any size and refixing of shutters in same openings after carry out necessary repair including welding , two coats painting over one coat primer etc, as per requirement, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old or previously treated surfaces of RCC / Stone / Concrete / brick walls/ Asbestos Cement Sheet or plastered surfaces and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge, Note: Sample of camouflage pattern to be approved as per the user requirement by GE

Labour for jacking up in situ steel gates of size 1mtr to 5mtr and 5 mtr to 6.5 mtr wide and 2mtr to 7mtr and 7.00 mtr to 9.20 mtr high or more, made up of GI sheet fixed over ISMC 250 & ISMB 250 sections weighing appx 3 MT taking out set of two cover plates , rails , wheels upto 600mm dia along with axle shaft for repair complete all as specified and directed. M&L for taking out axle from wheel , taking out bearing remettaling & straining shaft making 2 Nos hearing sheets , washing tearings with kerosene oil applying greasing incl replacement of decayed/rusted ball bearing and rails as per site requirement and refixing bearing on shaft and assembling fixing rails wheel complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate shall be deemed to include all T&P required for necessary repair incl bolts , screws etc complete to make good all as directed.
