Repairing of the 02 cusec Horizontal pump at LIS Gungbugh 2nd by way of • Dismantling of pumping unit at site, shifting of housing to the road side by engaging labours loading on private vehicle shifting to workshop. • Complete dismantling of pump housing at workshop, cleaning of its parts with K-oil for thorough inspection and extraction of damaged parts by engaging skilled manpower. Suction size 200mm, led 140 km. • Repairs to the impeller shaft at excessively worn out places by way of welding, turning, finishing and balancing on lathe machine by engaging a skilled operator. Job further includes manufacturing. Providing and fitting of MS check-nut as per sample (02 no). • Replacement of damaged sleeve by way of manufacturing, providing and fitting of new sleeve fabricated out of SS material as per sample (02 no.) • Removing of broken/damaged studs/bolts from pump body, boring and tapping along with fasteners of suitable size (10 no). • Providing and fitting of ball bearings No. 6308 (02 No.) along with proper & adequate lubrication. • Providing and fitting of palmatto gland packing & assorted size nuts and bolts. • providing and fitting of GM glands with gland bolt as per sample (02 no.) Assembling of pump housing at workshop by engaging skilled manpower after carrying out necessary repairs/ replacements and then shifting it back to site in a privately-owned load carrier, re-assemble it with other allied accessories and testing on full load. Job includes all charges for handling, loading/ unloading, head loads, carriage etc. and all tools & tackles required for proper execution of work shall be provided by the firm.

Arresting of leakages to the 200/150 mm dia mild steel rising main at various spots (05 spots approx. length approx.= 300 cm) at Lift Irrigation Scheme Gangbugh 2nd by way of grinding, welding and plugging using 4mm thick MS strips with superior quality welding electrodes at site including minor manual earth excavation to facilitate welding at pipe bottom. The job includes providing and fitting of assorted size nut and bolts (10 kg) The above job includes cost on account of charges for transportation, welding set, DG set, labour, head load charges, unforeseen items and all tools and tackles required for completion of job.
