55.6.a:Providing pre mix bitumen leveling coarse having thickness between 20mm and 40mm with 12mm deptl metal by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen (vg 30) with pressure sprayer at the rate of 48 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen conveyance heating mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roler and other sundry stores.

OD32362/2021-2022:Providing 40 mm premixed chipping carpet over BT surface with departmental broken stones after thoroughly cleaning the base with wire brushes, brooms and applying a priming coat of bitumen @ 2.5 kg /10m2 and spreading the hot premix of 0.32 m3 of 24mm,0.22 m3 of 12mm departmental metal mixed with 22.08kg of bitumen per 10 m2, rolling of dense surface, the spreading the seat coat comprising 0.09m3 of 16mm metal mixed with 8.64 kg of bitumen per 10m2 and rolling again including cost of bitumen, fuel, hire charges machineries etc, complete (Total usage of bitumen 33.22kg per 10m2) (IRC 3.4.2)

3.6:Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

OD12090/2021-2022:A.S.E - Groynes works- Thiruvananthapuram- Supplying and Providing Armour Layer using 1000kg 2500kg blasted granite stones of specific gravity not less than 2.65 as per approved design , including supply of stones, loading from quarry to tipper by crane and conveying to site, weighing on departmental weigh bridge for measurement , unloading and dumping and packing in position at site to lines and levels to form the armoury layer over the csecondary layer already laid, with heavier stones on top layer, by re-handling stones, packing for forming the section with the help of crane, floating arrangement if necessary, including hire and operational charges of all tools and plants , wages of divers and all sundry expenses , providing and maintaining the top surface of runway for the movement of vehicles, crane using spalls gravel or sand etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site

4.2.A.2:Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, spreading in uniform layers with a motor grader on a prepared surface, mixing by mix in-place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with a vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Grading-IV - For lower sub-base - Mix in Place Method

4.12:Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

8.13:Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads on Bituminous Surface @ 250 gms per sqm area, the thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes.
