M&L for submain wiring with two single core Unilay- FRLS PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable of size 2x4.0 sq. mm earth wire 4 sqmm on wall / surface and one single core Unilay- FRLS PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable green colour of size 4.0 Sqmm as earth lead in & including PVC conduit ISI marked cutting chases to walls for laying conduit and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4KVA directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and install hi wall split type Air conditioner complete with indoor and outdoor units alongwith cordless remote control unit and filter for better indoor air quality of capacity 2.0 TR complete including copper piping (suction line and discharge line up to suitable length) and power cable including the thermal insulational as specified and directed. Notes for item Ser No. 03 & 04:- The quoted rate are deemed to be inclusive of the following items. All these items shall be provided by contractor and no extra cost shall be payed on this account:- (a) Contractor may visit the site before quoting of tender to assess the actual requirement of works and no extra cost will be entertained in this account. (b) Indoor unit wall mounted with blower fan of appropriate capacity including PCB, thermostatic control, air filter and drain for condensing water. (c) Outdoor unit comprising of compressor with motor, air cooled copper condenser with fan and motor unit shall be installed outside the building/on roof top by using supporting clamps. (d) Refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge line with insulation, condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of PVC conduit 20mm dia medium grade with control valves & safety accessories including control wiring for evaporator & condensing unit with suitable size of copper cables as per site requirement. (e) Making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface after completion of installation work etc. (f) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth suitable for installation of outdoor unit or powder coated MS bracket fixed on wall / roof top as per manufacturer's instruction with necessary grouting, MS hold fast, bolts, washers etc duly painted and making good to disturbed surfaces suitable for installing outdoor unit complete all as specified and as directed. (g) Half yearly complete servicing upto 01 years (Checking refrigerent pressure, loose connection, leakage of refrigerant, topup of refrigerant if required, servicing and cleanning of PCB) will be provided by OEM and no extra amounts will be paid on this account. (h) Contractor should ensure proper safety arrangements as per norms. Wearing safety belts and helmets are mandatory. A penalty of Rs.1000 per day will be recovered from contractor if safety norms are not followed. (j) Electrical cable required to connect outdoor unit and indoor unit to voltage stabilizer. (k) Manufacturing year of product shall be 2026.
