Taking down of old existing CI pipe Line of 150 mm dia all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plugging both ends of non retrived CI pipeline 150 mm dia all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of under ground cable, pipes and foundation of poles etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/surplussoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying, jointing and testing 150 mm bore Ductile Iron pipes with Spigot and Socket ends, Special class K 9 confirming to IS 8329-2000 laid in trenchesasperIS 12288-1997, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing DI Specials/fittings confirming to IS 9523-2000, up to 150 mm bore, such as bends (any type, radius and angles), tappers, (any type straight, bend, incresing, decresing or double socketed etc), TEE pieces, single branch, Y junction, double branch cross collers, caps and plugs etc., complete all as specified and directed

S&F rubber gasket (push on) joint of same make of DI pipe having two section of different hardness for 150 mm bore DI pipes and fittings with spigot and socket ends complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm bore cast iron air release valve with single air outlet confirming to IS 14845 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cast iron sluice valve 150 mm bore, heavy duty with steel spindle and bronze gate and seating rings both end flanged and drilled comprising IS 780: 1984, type PN 1.6 ISI marked including suitable rubber gasket joints , grid packings with suitable nuts and bolts and grouting materials including takig down complete all as specified.

M&L for Construction of valve chamber of size 1200 x 1200 x 1000 mm (internal diamension) suitable for 150 mm sluice valve, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, brick wall with sub class 'B ' bricks built in CM 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping, plastering in CM 1:4,15 mm thick including provision of MS sheet cover 4 mm thick with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces and locking arrangement including excavation earth work in any type of soil, returning in filling andremoving the surplus soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
