Supplying with fitting and fixing Four Pole switched neutral 415V 50Hz AC23A duty double break open execution panel mounting cubical type Switch Disconnection on the existing outdoor feeder pillar as approved by the Deptt. for Fuse Unit (IP-20 protection, AC -23A,50hz,415V) with HBC fuse (DIN type) of the following capacity complete with making necessary connection as approved, specified and directed by the deptt.

SITC on existing panel door mounted extended rotary handle for operation of the moulded case circuit breaker/SDFU switch. The handle must be compatible for existing feeder pillar and SDFU as per site condition and as complete with fixing accessories as directed

SITC of following panel accessories for operation of the switch disconnector fuse unit. The accessories must be compatible for existing feeder pillar and SDFU as per site condition and as complete with fixing accessories as directed

SITC of step type 400 A TPN BBC (Cu) with 4 o/g ways as required the bus bar shall be installed on outdoor IP 42 suitable for outdoor mounting arrangement with legs and sheet steel roof for panel installation complete with necessary PCC base and painting complete as directed by the department.

Supply and laying of following size PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV G Solid Aluminium conductor up to 10 sq mm balance stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up, PVC tape inner sheathed, Armour (Aluminium for single core up to 70 sq mm balance Aluminium strip, Galvanized for cables up to 2x10 sq mm.3x10 sq mm,4x6 sq mm balance all galvanized steel strip) , complete handling of surplus spoil, debris et to proper place as specified and directed by the deptt. (Nicco/ Havells/ RPG/CCI / Finolex make) .

Painting and repairing of existing feeder pillars with required welding of door hinges, scraping and sand papering of the panel surface and applying two coats of approved paint as directed by deptt.

C/o power panel shed with 04 nos iron legs with 50 mm dia MS pipe of length 8ft high erected on 1:2:4 PCC base of size (1ftx1ftX1ft) alongwith fitting fixing of GI roof of size 8X8 sqft and 1:2:4 CC platform for the panel shed of required size complete as directed by the department..

Supply installation of heat resistant self-adhesive high tension insulation tape for insulating electric cable/wires complete as required(3M) (size 19-25mmX9.15 mtrx0.70mm)

Cleaning painting and repairing of existing feedeer pillars with required weilding of door hinge and required size metal sheet (18swg) scraping and sand papering of the panel surface and applying two coats of approved paint as directed by deptt.

Supply of 16 SWG mild steel sheet with required cutting and welding at site as per existing panel size requirement complete as directed by department.
