Maintenance and scrubing of Tiled floor of DCR building.

Cleaning of structural glazing/ glazed Doors & Windows of DCR Building to the satisfaction of Engineer-In -Charge.

Maintenance and scrubing of Toilet/Bathroom of DCR building.

Cleaning and scrubbing of Railings with water soaked gunny bags/ duster etc.

Cleaning and desilting of Drains i.e. manual removal of rock pieces/aggregate/sand/slush etc dumping/empting into dustbins, loading the dustbins on truck/vehicle provided by the department and disposal of the same outside the premises as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and desilting of Sump i.e. manual removal of rock pieces/aggregate/sand/slush etc dumping/empting into dustbins, loading the dustbins on truck/vehicle provided by the department and disposal of the same outside the premises as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Sweeping,mopping, dusting and cleaning of spider's web etc. of the Dam Staircase area, complete to the satisfaction and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Mantenance & scavenging of the floor & walls of Dam galleries by removing all waste, concrete dirt, oil, water etc. by sweeping and satisfactory disposal of the same as directed by the Engineer-in -charge.

Cleaning of the Bitumen/Concrete Road provided on dam deck bridge for access between left and right bank including sweeping with broomsticks, removal/dumping the materials manually into dustbins within a lead of 250m, loading the dustbins on truck/vehicle provided by the department and disposal of the same outside the premises as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Services for data collection, monitoring of seismic observatory and work related to instrumentation reading at Main Dam, Power Dam and Pressure Shaft and day to day activity as directed by Engineer-Incarge.(Three skilled and One unskilled persons are minimum required for executing this work).

Maintenance and upkeeping of plants and other miscellaneous work such as distribution of pamphlets on various festive occassion at Omkareshwar, transportation of stairs at required places, transportation and fixing of safety materials to working men and officers during visits & also during rainy season in flood monitoring cell operation.(One unskilled person is minimum required for executing this work).

Running and maintenance of pump installed at Block no 37 of power dam for water supply at R/B required in day & night shift & one no. semi-skilled person in each sift i.e. Two nos. of semi-skilled person for day & night shift,.

Maintenance & up keeping of drinking water supply and repair & maintenance of miscellaneous civil works at Power House, Switch yard & Dam Control room. Complete job.

Maintenance and up-keeping of lawn including maintenance of grass, flower bed, planting of different plants, watering of lawn etc complete. water arrangements for lawn, pesticides, manure etc will supplied free of cost to the contractor.

Consumables for maintenance/Cleaning of Dam Area and Galleries.

Providing two sets of uniforms and one pair of shoe (to be issued to minimum 23 Nos. of labours per year
