REPAIR AND MAINT OF SEWAGE LINE IN NORTH ZONE AREA UNDER GE (NORTH) BINNAGURI

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying sewage line/ GI Pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 01 above but, exc 1.5m and n. exc 3m depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 100mm internal dia drain pipe (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced cement concrete) set in cement mortar including cement concrete bedding and haunching and removing the demolished material out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing unde and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 100mm internal dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, 100 mm bore grade 'A' with collar laid in trenches and jointed with cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well rammming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth as in soft/loose complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of 150mm bore sewage lines of any position, which are blocked/ filled with sludge, semi solid/ material etc by roding manholes to manholes by mechnically by machine without causing any damage to sewage line, mangoles and removing the sludge to a non inhabitant area or buried into ground all as specified for the following size of piep line complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Sewage line cleaned should function smoothly during entire contract period and measurement shall be made only once. (ii) Contractor shall be responsible to clear any further blockage without any extra payment till completion of work.

All as per item No 07 above but 200mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage any type of WC (Indian/pedestal) by using hand pump with ruber buckeyt or by opening the inspection eye/chamber by using cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed upto first manhole in single/double stories bldg including resetting/ refitting of access door in soil waster pipe where open without causing any damage to the WC pan 'P' or 'S' trap and pipes including fitting complete all as specified and as directed.
