M&L for Double action floor spring hydraulicaly regulated made up of 1.25mm thick aluminum alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, govening pivot made of brass, other parts made of steel heavy duty and fixed etccomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 5 to 6mm thick toughened glass of area exc 0.9 Sqm but n exc 1.50 Sqm in Auditorium and other special Bldgs at a height up to 10m above ground level including rubber beading/silicon fillings and necessary fittings/ fixtures etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
