Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete.

M&L for brick work with Fly Ash old size bricks built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan & exc 6 m mean radius complete.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc, 15 cm complete .

Removing excavated material exc1.5 km and n.exc 5.0 KM depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete.

M&L for Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded agg) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete.

M&L for cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) as in coping, water troughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl necessary use of form work complete.

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish complete.

M&L for 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished rough to receive wall finishes in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel & drain including form work complete.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth of cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete
