3.15:Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres by Mechanical Means

3.13.1.B:Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. Ordinary soil - Mechanical Means - (Depth upto 3 m)

4.12:Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

5.1.a:Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

OD12099/2023-2024:Laying 40mm premixed chipping carpet over BT surface with departmental broken stones after thoroughly cleaning the base with wire brushes, brooms and applying a priming coat of hot bitumen @2.50Kg/10m2 and spreading the hot premix of 0.32m3 of 24mm, 0.22m3 of 12mm departmental metal mixed with 22.08Kg of bitumen per 10m2, rolling to dense surface, then spreading the seal coat comprising of 0.09m3 of 6mm metal mixed with 8.64kg of bitumen per 10m2 and rolling again including cost of bitumen, fuel, hire charges machineries etc. complete excluding the cost of bitumen, and 24mm ,12mm ,6mm metal(Total usage of bitumen 33.22 Kg per 10m2) (I.R.C 3.4.2)
