Implementation of Energy Efficiency Project for streetlights by replacement of existing conventional lamps with LED lamps along with Centralized Control & Monitoring System (CCMS) in ULBS of Hassan DUDC limits through PPP mode

Bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar project/work of Supply and Installation / Replacement of LED street lights system in single project/work with value not less than Rs. 2,94,00,000 (Two Crore Ninety Four Lakh only) between 01-04-2019 and the last date of bidding for any corporation / ULB or with any Government / Semi Government / PSU OR Bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar project /work of Installation/Replacement of street lights system within a single work/project with quantity not less than 11,000 numbers (Eleven Thousand) between 01-04-2019 and the last date of bidding for any Corporation or ULB, or with any Government/Semi government /PSU.(Work Done Certificate issued by the officer of the rank not below the Executive Engineer or equivalent along with the Indent Number or Tender Reference Number)

Bidder shall have satisfactorily completed one similar Project/work of Installation and Operation & Maintenance of street lights within a single work/project with at least 13,000 numbers (Thirteen Thousand) with CCMS installed between 01-04-2019 and the last date of bidding for any City Corporation or ULB, or with any Government/Semi government /PSU. (Work Done Certificate issued by the officer of the rank not below the Executive Engineer or equivalent along with the Indent Number or Tender Reference Number)

Bidder should have previously provided Operation and Maintenance of street lighting system with minimum quantity 11,000 (Eleven Thousand ) Nos and out of which at least 5,500 (Five Thousand five hundred) nos must be LED street lights in any work(s) or project(s) in the period of 12 consecutive months between 01-04-2019 and the last date of bidding for any City Corporations or ULBs or with any Government / Semi government / PSU.(Work Done Certificate issued by the officer of the rank not below the Executive Engineer or equivalent along with the Indent Number or Tender Reference Number)

Bidder should have achieved in any two financial years in last five years a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 31,38,00,000 (Thirty-One Crore Thirty-Eight Lakh) OR For ESCO operators, Bidder should have achieved in any two financial years in last five years a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 11,39,00,000 (Eleven Crore Thirty Nine Lakh only) from LED ESCO project. (Annual turnover certificate along with Profit and loss statement issued by Chartered accountant along with CA membership no and UDIN)

Sole bidder / lead member of the consortium should have a net worth of Rs. 11,17,00,000 (Indian Rupees Eleven Crore Seventeen lakh only) at the close of the preceding financial year. (Net worth certificate along with Profit and loss statement issued by Chartered accountant along with CA membership no and UDIN)
