M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, including taking down old cement/ lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for applying single-component, UV-resistant water & dirt repellent emulsion coating based on specialised acrylic polymer with quick set capability and silicon additives resistance to moisture (Shalicryl TC 100 E or equivalent) over and including applying two coats of UV resistance elastomeric anti carbonation exterior acrylic water proofing coating (Shalicryl 215 or equivalent) over a coat of acrylic polymeric water based primer (Shaliprime WB or equivalent) over cleaned surface free from oil, grease, wax, or any other form of foreign matter complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for applying self adhesive membrane of width 150mm in 'L' shape at the junction of cladding sheet and concrete surface over two component primer (Shali Prime S or equivalent) over cleaned concrete surfaces complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed by Engr in Charge.
