Repairs to 400mm dia old M.S NRV of lift irrigation scheme Janbazpora-II lying at site by way : a) Welding of cracked outer body with superior quality electrodes and using M.S flat plat of 3mm thick, 75mm width of suitable length to cover circumferential & longitudinal cracked area to make joints strong and leak proof. b) The job also includes the charge for replacement of damaged weight plate (15kg), nuts & bolts (5kg), R.I cloth with new one for the completion of work. c) Then shifting from station yard to installation area of T- Junction with the help of manual labours, channels, tools & tackles. d) The job then involves cutting approximate size of M.S rising main in Tri- junction of one pumping unit (unit no.01) for installation of repaired NRV to resist high back pressure of water column in the rising main in order to avoid any damage to pumping unit. e) The job also involves providing and fitting of new 400 mm dia, 16 mm thick M.S flanges ( 02 no), nuts & bolts ( 8Kg), Washers at cutter portion for installation of this repaired NRV. f) The job includes the hire charges on a/c of using D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, earth excavation manually, manual labours, superior quality electrodes and skilled welder for completing the repair work.and testing successfully after completion of repair work on full load. g) Providing and painting of one coat of red oxide paint and two coat of Black paint to NRV for the completion of work.
