Supply and laying in replacement of u/s XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable, with multi stranded aluminum conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC type armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade, nominal cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core incl lugs thimbles bottle timbles and gun metal cable glands and heat shrinkable PVC sleeves on exposed surfaces and teflon tape duly insulated complete laid in trenches, ducts, drawn through pipes across the road/path/along poles/wall/ floors/ equipment etc including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. M&L for replacement of Unserviceable Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by and packed with a 15 cm thick layer of char coal dust and common salt, earth lead GI wire 4.00 mm. dia by means of bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe medium 15 mm. bore,

All as per item No 214.00 Contd/-- and water pipe 20 mm. bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 & 75 mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab reinforced with 8mm TMT bars 100mm c/c both ways complete all as specified & shown in elect plate No. 3 of SSR part I of 2009 and testing on completion. Note: (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit shall be redone by contractor at no extra cost. S&F in replacement tamper proof electronic single phase whole currrent energy meter (LCD display) 10 Amp to 60 Amp, 240 volt class 1.00 and AC supply including cable connection, proper sealing with barcode with PVC seal. The meter shall comply with the latest version of IS-13779 with at least 2 anti tamper LED indications of line load reversal and earth loading indication including electrical connection with existing system and sealing properly including push fit type transparent meter box . The meter shall work satisfactory with guaranteed accuracy as per limit of IS: 13779. The meter shall be fixed on existing steel boxes on wall complete all as specified and directed.
