Bidders should clearly mention Make of the product offered along with detailed specification otherwise offer will not be considered for further evaluation.
(A) Procurement will be made from the firms who are successful past Suppliers to Zonal Railways/ PUs/ CORE of tendered item during previous three years. This period of three years shall be counted with respect to date of tender closing. (B). Scanned copies of IC/R-Note to be attached and all necessary documents must be uploaded with the offer. In case offers are not accompanied with the required documents, it will be liable to be rejected without assigning any reason.
Material shall be supplied in original manufacturers packing. In case bidder is not an OEM, proof required that material is procured from OEM at the time of supply
