Provn of Central Cooling Plant for 06Trg Blocks with Allied Features at JLA Bly Under GE West Bareilly

Supply, Design, Installation, testing and commissioning of Central cooling Plant for 06XTRG Block at JLA Bareilly:

(a) GI sheet 24 gauge ducting ( Supply)( 2150 sqft s in one trg wing x6 Nos=12900 Sqft )

(b) GI sheet 22 gauge ducting ( Supply )( 3470 sqft s in one trg wing x6 Nos=20820 Sqft )

(c) aluminium double luver grill with vcd ( 56 Qtl & 88 sq. ft. in one trg wing x 6 Nos= 528 sqft )

(d) MS stand of 50x4mm ( 10 Qtls in one trg wing x6 Nos=60 qtls )

(e) Duct opening in brick wall ( 28 Nos in one trg wing x 6 Nos=168 Nos )

(f) Supply and fix Exhaust Fan Metal Body AC single phase 230/240V of size 380 mm sweep2500 cfm 2500 cfmwith louver complete all specified and directed.

(g) Supply and fix Exhaust Fan Metal Body AC single phase 230/240V of size 300 mm sweep 2000 cfm with louver complete all specified and directed.

(h) Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250mm 1450 cfm complete all specified and directed.

(j) Material and labour for point wiring with single core FRLS 1100 volt grade cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, with all conduit accessories, screws (concealed conduit wiring in walls and casing capping on ceiling or roof) including metal box suitable for modular fittings and covered with modular plate and cover of suitable size with new brass screws for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to main earth dolly One li/ exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.complete all as specified

(k) S & F Modular switch one way 06 A, 1 Module complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

(i) Supply and Fixing ceiling rose PVC / Poly carbonate, Isolated body, three terminal AC 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

(m) M & L for Hole cutting in wall for fixing of exhaust fan of size 300 mm and good the disturbed surfacres of wall by using putty and match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and directed.Note:Cost of repairing work and material ( cement and sand) included in quoted rate.

(n) S & F nitrial rubbe 10mm thickr Acostic absorber having open cell structure with complex pore geometry for effective absorption of air borne sound across broad range of frequnces complete

(o) Insulation 9mm XLP with foil 1170x6 complete all specified and directed.

(p) Canvas connection for duct ( 10 Nos in one trg wing x6 Nos=60Nos ) complete all specified and directed.

(q) Evaporative industrail heavy grade weather resistant UV Plasic body (size for 20000cmh air cooler 1140x1140x850), 20000CMH air flow,minimum 80% cooling efficient 100 mm thicknees honey comb pads with minimum 6090mm flute size on four side with 20 microns pre dust filters, 1.1 kw single phase fan motor (V/Hz/P -230/50/1), three wings single piece fan blade, top and bottom discharge universal options so it can be used for top and down discharge as per site need, cool flow dispener for enhanced cooling, 70/40 Ltr tank capacity, pump flow rate 3200 LPH with V/Hz/w -240/50/85, provision of time delay relay in PLC panel for auto cut of the pump supply for humidity control, Thermal over protection in fan motor amd water pump ( 6Nos in one trg wing x6 Nos=36Nos ),made in india product, four free preventive maintenance service with in warranty period of coolers, control panel along with supply with cooler. Note For duct & cooler for item No 1 i) Minimum CFM in rooms to be provided as below.Suitable no of VCD to be installed to achieve the same GP Hall-2 & GP Hall-3=10500 CFM DS Tea Room , SR Romm , SR DS Room, DS Room, Coy SI Room = 7500 CMH SYN 21 &,22 = 5500 CFM SYN 24 & 25 = 5500 CFM SYN 28 & 29 = 6000 CFM (ii) false ceiling to be provide for diffuser if required as per design where air cooling has to be provided by Contractor without claimimg extra in the rooms (iii) Temp in the room should reach 80-85 % of WBT of atmosphere (iv) Hangers to be provide at the suitable interval to hold the duct asper ASHRAE guidelines (v) In the room sound of air cooler & duct should not go more than 45 DB (vi) Contractor will carry out the designing of duct as per ASHRAE standard and design of the same should be certified by OEM/IIT/NIT and final approval for duct design will be given by GE before execution (vii) Air cooling in the room should be carried out uniformly so no space left out. Throw of air from the grill / diffuser should reach at end point. (viii) Relative humidity in the room should not go beyound 60%. /present in the atmospheric humidity goes beyound 60% /present in the atmospheric due to atmoshphere condition then water pump in the cooler should be able to operate automatically to achieve the humidity less than 60 RH. RH should be preferably between 50-60 in the room. Suitable sensors in the cooler to be provided accordingly.

(ix) In every room display of DBT, WBT & RH will be provided by Contractor. (x) Two way switch is to be provided to operate the cooler from the room so that the cooler cab be operated remotely. (xi) All fittings, elbows, reducer, offset, collers, end cap and connected accessories will be included as a part of duct cast. No separate payment will be made for the same. (xii) Weather canopy will be provided on Air cooler (xiii) Auto water level arrangement will be provided in air cooler. (xiv) Air flow measurement device will be provided for every room (xv) Static pressure measureent device will also be installed alongwith air cooling plant. (xvi) Suitable temp / humidity sensor will be provided in the air cooling plant. (xvii) Drain out piping sys shall be provided in the coolers to clear the same time to time.

M&L sub main wiring in replacement with 2 Single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS-H cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty copper conductor multistranded of size 4 Sq.mm. (nominal area) drawing in and including 20 mm. dia or higher PVC conduit medium duty concealed/ surface, conduit heavy duty accessories and fittings wit chasing/ cutting and Insulated unsheathed FRLS-H cable copper conductor multistranded of size 4.0 Sq. mm. as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified & directed.

S&F, in repairs, sub-main wiring with 4 single core, 4 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 Volts grade, FRLS, copper multi stranded conductor drawn in and including PVC conduits of 25 mm size including drawing one run of PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 Volts grade, FRLS, copper conductor multi stranded, 4 Sqmm size as continuous earth wire drawn through and connected to main switch/DB and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure for VTPN MCCB DBs(double door type) ,4 way (F1+36 module ) with IP 54 protection , isolated neutral bar, mechanical impact strength IK 09, suitable for MCCB upto 200 A, with cement spill protector including blanking plate as required with rated bus bar, 415 volts fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB 240 Volts 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCCB 4 pole 100 A, 415 V, 25 KA, 4 Pole with sheet metal enclosure IP-65 ,Icu=100% Ics complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing TP 25 To 63amp 415V 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix flush sheet metal enclosure SPN DB 4 way with double door IP-42 protection detachable gland plates, flush mounting for MCB fitted with bus bar , earth bar and neutral links complete including taking down old unsv all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB single pole, 240 volts, 5 to 32 Ampere, rupturing capacity 10 KA, ‘B’ curve type in the MCB DB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying & testing UG cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm, 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dence soil for laying of LT UG cables/base for Pole etc complete.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning laid in trenches for laying of LT UG cables complete

M&L Modular bricks common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation-75 for LT UG cable protection complete all as spd and directed.

S&F GI tubes light grade of dia 40 mm with all fitting and fixed complete for protection of LT UG Cables laid to walls or in floors or along with poles etc complete all asspd and directed.

M/L for Cutting existing steel tubing 50mm bore for alterations or additions for inserting tees complete all specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 20mm outer dai SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches with all accessories viz., adhesive, bends, tees, couplers, elbow etc. complete all as specified

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 25mm outer dai SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches with all accessories viz., adhesive, bends, tees, couplers, elbow etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, 25mm with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed

Supply and fixing Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, 20mm with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all specified and directed.

S&F of PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 900mm complete all specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 Ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed.

M&L for M.S.(Conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165) framed structure for staging of 250 Ltr capacity PVC makeup water tank, duly welded, rivetted etc and fixed on roof top through grouting bolt and P.C.C. and duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide metal primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600x600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground verticaly (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part - I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
