SPECIAL REPAIR OF INTERNAL ROAD IN MD ACCN AT ROBERT LINE AND FROM BLDG NO. P-5 TO P-2 UNDER GE DEHRADUN

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-10, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size, again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping etc) depth of potholes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of un surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to removed all loose dirt and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness (50mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration laid/rolled to required gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of black top surface by brushing with mechanical broomer for removing caked mud etc sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally with air compressors to remove all loose dist etc, having black top surface and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumin VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm on bituminous surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi- dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using viscoty grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight or total mixrolled and compacted with vibromatic roller to required camber and gradient completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 100 mm width thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge as per IRC-35.
