Job contract for Preventive and Break Down Maintenance of Airfield Signages of NSCBI Airport Kolkata on round the clock basis to comply operational requirement as per DGCA CAR / ICAO including testing documentation, sundry matrials but excluding spare parts and photometry checking etc. complete as required. Note: The contractor needs to deploy minimum manpower as per SCC.

Installation, testing and commissioning of signage boards on the existing foundation including making necessary electrical connections i/c providing wiring, fixing the base with fastners, nut, bolts etc. as per site requirement.

Dismantling the existing signage board by disconnecting from the circuit i/c removal of nut bolts from the legs, carrying and stacking in AAI store as and when required as per requirement.

Supply and replacement of UV stabilized Polycarbonate sheet (4 mm thick) including graphics (alpha numeric) as per requirement at site and as per instruction of Engineer in-charge.

Installation of Isolating transformer MS housing box of different sizes in the existing cut out with cement concrete as per the Direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. ( cement concrete cost not to be included)

Supply of converter/Driver as per exsitng or better for Airfield signages of NSCBI Airport, Kolkata etc. complete as required.

Supply of LED tubelight of 09/10W of 2 ft length with necessary wiring, holder at both end etc as required and as per technical specification.

Supply of LED tubelight of 18/20W of 4 ft length with necessary wiring, holder at both end etc as required and as per technical specification.

Job contract for round the clock Operation and Preventive and Break Down Maintenance of complete Perimeter Road and Perimeter Wall Lighting System, Road holding Lights etc. and power supply for Security Watch Towers including Feeder Pillars and portable light masts etc., in NSCBI Airport, Kolkata by deploying adequate manpower on all days throughout the year including Sundays and holidays including testing, measuring lux level, sundry material and documentation but excluding spare parts etc. complete as required. Note: The contractor needs to deploy minimum manpower as per SCC.

Dismantling the damaged pole upto 11 m height) by disconnecting from the circuit i/c removal of nut bolts from the legs and removal of cement concrete for reuseable the same and carrying and stacking in AAI store as and when required as per the instruction of engineer in-charge.

Installation of pole (upto 11 m height) in ground by grouting not less than 1 mtr. below ground level, with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone of 40mm nominal size) cement concrete foundation and cement concrete collar of size 0.4mtr dia x 0.5 mtr. height i/c excavation and refilling, cement plaster, neat cement etc. as required i/c painting C.C. collar with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour etc. as required.

Scrapping, cleaning the surface of existing LT panel / Feeder pillars / Junction box and painting with two coats of primer and synthetic enamel paint of EIC approved shade etc. complete as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meters in width, and lift upto 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering up to plinth level -

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Dismantling of transformer housing box of differnet size from existing concrete foundation and removing the cement concrete as per requirement and as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge

Installation of MS housing box of size not more than 750 mm x 330 mm x 450 mm (H) (to be supplied by AAI) in soil by providing brick soling at the bottom & using cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 all around & bottom of the box of 100 mm thick and making pedestal of 300mm & 100mm thick all around the box by making suitable slope i/c centering & shuttering etc. as required.

Supply of cable tag of minimum size 76mm(L) x 19mm(W) made of aluminium sheet of minimum thickness 1.6 mm, with approx. 7 to 12 letters/numbers/characters engraved on it and two holes on two sides along with two nos. suitable PVC cable tie for fastening on the cables.

Annual Maintenance of ASKA make (Model VT-8 400W LED - Y3) portable light mast including replacement of battery and other consumable spares for DG set as per OEM recommendation.

DSR item (Rate will be considered % above / below of or equal to 100% of DSR 2022 E&M rate). Estimate amount considered ₹6,00,000.00 (Excluding GST) NOTE: - a) The execution of Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2022 Items as when required basis. b) Payment of DSR rate will be made excluding GST considered in the Rate of DSR/DAR-2022 (Calculation sheet attached in the Tender Document). Providing 01 no. commerical number plate pick up vehicle Bolero/Scorpio/Sumo with back side cover for carrying materials, tools, plants, workers to inside operational area of NSCBI Airport, Kolkata along with drivers cum work assistants in three shifts on round the clock for operational duty along with necessary fuel/diesel, insurance maintenace i.e all expense paid for a daily run of not exceeding 80Kms, on all days through out the contract period i/c sundays and holidays. The vehicle should be preferably new and in any case not older than 04 years. The vehicle shall be always in clean and serviceable condition. Whenever the vehicle is to be taken away for servicing or any kind of repair, a substitute vehicle of similar type and age shall be provided. The deployed persons has to obtain necessary Airfield driving permit (ADP) issued by AAI for driving the vehicle in operational area. Note: Note: The contractor needs to deploy minimum manpower as per SCC.
