Earth work in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including rough dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour ,T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with sand well watered & rammed including all cost, conveyance, royalities of the materials labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation using 40mm nominal size clean black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalities and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laterite stone masonary in cement mortor (1:6) in foundation and plinth with laterite stone of approved quality and quarry including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with ncessary projections chamfering and corbelling watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials labour T&P required for the work etc. complete asper direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Providing cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 12mm & down grade nominal size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete road/ CD works including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including curing with cost conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work all labour charges etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flyash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure using flyash bricks of 9"/10" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. with all T&P complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Straightening bend up or coiled rods, cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding and tying the grills, hoisting, lowering & placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works with all cost, conveyance & taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment & payment will be made on weight of M.S.rods or Tor steel only).

12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

2.5cm (1") thick artificial stone flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) laid to proper slope in two layers using 12mm size and down graded hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including rounding the corners including, hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering, and curing with cost conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Door, M.S Windows, M.S. Grills ,M.S. Grill Gate and Collapsible Gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls, RCC structure including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with CC (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint to new/old wood work and iron work over a coat of primer including cost of the paint, sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting one coat to walls with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of paint per 1 sqm with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint two coats of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including scaffolding staging charges with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and dirction of the Engineer-in-charge.
